Seachase Unit #703 East...This Coastal style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf. It will be the perfect place to have fun with your family and friends during your next trip to Alabama's Gulf Coast! *Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.

The fully stocked kitchen is a wonderful area to cook with during your stay. It features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and provides extra dining space with bar seating for two. We also offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! You can enjoy your meals at the dining table which provides seating for four. And for a truly relaxing dining experience, listen to the waves on your private balcony!

The living room is also a relaxing place, and it features lots of seating as well as a 55 inch flat screen with a combination DVD and VCR. For extra sleeping space, a the sofa transforms into a queen sized sleeper. This unit also features a full size washer/dryer, wi-fi, and cable connection for your use during your stay.

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed and 32-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player is available for you, as well as amazing views of the gulf! Connected to this spacious bedroom is a luxurious bathroom, supplied with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Lots of closet space is also an added perk to this room!

The second bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, 32-inch flat screen, and an adjacent bathroom. This is a full bath with a shower and tub combo and a great place to get ready for a night out at one of the fabulous restaurants that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer!

Great Condo Amenities and Location but Condo is TIRED
The property location is great and the condo amenities like the pools and location to the Gulf are perfect. The Condo itself is very tired. There is grout missing in the front bathroom floor. The front bed is very noisy and uncomfortable. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom is miss wired so when you turn on the light the fan starts. There are outlets that don't work in several locations. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable. The lighting over the dining table is very dim so it is hard to play games. Overall this condo needs updating and was not worth the money spent. We all loved the Hot Tubs and the community areas but will not stay in Seachase 703E again until it is updated.

Good first impression and great beach
This is a great unit to enjoy beautiful views and sounds of the breakers without any traffic or guest noise. Even in a crowded building, we had plenty of privacy and quiet. Kitchen and furnishings were well-appointed plus plenty of games, books, and television options. Bed very comfortable. Lots of light and easy access to the beach. A few critiques; the jets in the spa tub were not functioning, there was a little mold in the shower and we had trouble with the hot water in the shower and kitchen. We would have preferred to be able to open the windows in the master bedroom (they were sealed shut). Perfect for couples or small families. Great beach, close to plenty of activities, golf, and shopping. Visit "The Wharf" if you go.

We stayed at an ocean front condo and loved our time there! The property was just as advertised and we loved it. Additionally, we got multiple communications from the managers making certain we were comfortable and not in need of anything.The view was fantastic and the area provided lots of choices for food and entertainment! Location was good. Great view.1 hr from PNS airport. Minutes walkcfrom the Beach/Gulf. Plenty of room, cooking supplies, plenty of towels- bring your own beach towels though! Markets were right across the street. Everyone was nice. Stayed starting Labor day as Crowds were leaving. No lines to eat. Only problem we had was our socks were totaly black within minutes. Was told it's from "Body Lotion" on the floor?

Perfect place. Spacouse butufull condo, locatet right on beach with reall short walk to water. You can easly got back to your place if you forgot to grab something. Grocery stores right in plaza across streets, if you want to cook yoursef. Or plenty restaurants oround! Pools were awesome for kids, clean and never packed

Our room was exactly as described. Everything worked as it should. We loved the layout of the condo and the amount of space in the master bedroom. This was our second year staying at Sea Chase and we will probably book here again next year. We love having the option to go to any of the pools on the property and we love that it's never overcrowded. The only reason I docked the check in process by 1 star was because the property manager didn't let the gate know that we purchased another parking pass. However, the lady that was at the gate was extremely helpful and allowed me to show her the email that I purchased it so that I didn't have to come back the next day to get it. In her words, she didn't want to add any complications to our trip. We were very grateful. Overall, we loved our stay!

CLEANEST CONDO I have ever stayed in
Beautiful view of the ocean! Condo was SO clean we loved it and made our stay more comfortable. Shout out to the cleaning crew there. Even the restrooms downstairs where the pools are were spotless. Pools clear and clean. The condo had everything we needed in regard to cooking which was very nice. All staff we encountered while there was kind and welcoming including security. Only thing I would suggest is making check out 11 am to prevent feeling so rushed especially when you are traveling with kids. IYKYK. Thanks!

The unit was exactly as advertised. Incredible views of the beach from the seventh floor balcony. The building is just a very short walk to the water and close to shopping and several restaurants. The main bedroom and bath are spacious and the second bedroom and bath are large enough. The kitchen was well equipped.
