Located in the heart of Orange Beach on Marina Road next door to the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club and Orange Beach Marina this condo is every boater's dream. Walk next door to Fishers or across the street to Tacky Jacks for lunch or dinner. Put your boat in the water on Cotton Bayou using the private boat launch on property and you are just minutes away from family fun at the local islands or a day full of fishing in the Gulf. (no boat trailer parking on property, see below for other options) The boat slips are first come first serve. This complex has 22 boat slips and a fish cleaning station along with a large swimming pool with a covered gazebo and BBQ grills. Bring your bikes to hop on the communities family friendly sidewalks that take you to the beach or the back country trail. Just a two minute drive to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, where you will have your toes in the sand in no time.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin bunks with a trundle. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is covered parking for two cars. No more than two cars are allowed at during a guest stay.

BOAT SLIPS are NOT available to guests on Memorial Weekend, the week of July 4th or Labor Day weekend.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Casa del Marina 215 for the win!

I already posted on another survey, but our stay was amazing, the property was beautiful, we enjoyed the pool, it was close to everything we needed, and the property management checked on us often just to make sure we did not need anything. Thank you and we will be back again!

Pleasant. Convenient location. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely done. Furnishings somewhat tired. Locked owners closet a negative. A family with children would have a problem if needed to hang clothes.

Misrepresented Listing

We booked a last minute trip in this unit on July 4th weekend. We were excited to find this listing especially because it had a boat slip and a launch. Our family loves going to Robinson Island and playing in Perdido Pass. We make several trips per year. We arrived early and launched at the public launch because check in wasn’t until 4:00pm. When we finished on the water we motored around to the slip and parked. Condo owners and security quickly told us that there were no slips allowed for renters during the 4th of July holiday period. Once we received this info we called the property manager and she did offer an a slip at a distant location. We declined leaving our boat there because of the distance from the condo. We luckily were able to trailer the boat and park at a trusted location 10 mins away. The property manager said that they would contact us later the next evening to settle up. Since that time they have ghosted us, not replying to calls or texts. We feel a partial refund is warranted due to the misrepresentation of the listing. VRBO also has offered no assistance in the matter. The condo itself is dated and needs updating. Of course the pictures make it look much more desirable. The pull out couch is more like a contortion table. We don’t recommend using it unless you frequent a chiropractor. The owner of the unit below is very rude. Apparently doesn’t like renters. We will not rebook this listing and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Nice and Clean

The room looked just like the pictures, very clean, mostly nice neighbors and great for fishing off the docks. If you have kids be aware the person that owns the unit below this one is not nice and seems to think you should only crawl around your unit so you don't disturb him. Other than that we plan to stay in this unit again. KB

Memorial week 2022

Great location and friendly people. Parking under the unit convenient but challenging for larger vehicles. No elevators, not an issue for our crew but maybe not good if older or knee issues. One dirty coffee cup, not a big deal. Excellent communication with management company. The WiFi is awful, so have Hotspot capability if you need to work while there. They Boatslips and launch are a great plus for those bringing a boat. Great stay.

Nice place to stay for your next getaway!

We booked this condo at the last minute for an event we were attending. It is a nice condo and very clean. The location is great! Management was easy to work with and flexible. We requested an early check in and late check out and it was honored without hesitation.
