Clean and Comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8 is located on the 7th floor of the Phoenix IV. All pictures are taken from inside the condo, or from the balcony, or on the grounds.

· Table seating six in the dining area. Small 2 seating table in family room by window.

· Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors.
· Second bedroom has two queen-size beds.
· Third bedroom has two full-size beds.
· Table with four chairs on the balcony to enjoy the gorgeous Gulf-front view
• Check in time is 4:00 and check out time is 10:00. You will need to buy a parking pass for each car, Brett-Robinson is extremely strict during summer and holidays. Your car will be towed at your expense if a pass is not visible with-in a few hours, (2 car passes available during the summer and holidays, 3 car passes during off season days) please let me know if you have more than 2 cars and are unsure about your vacation dates falling during high occupancy dates. The passes are around $52 per car. The $52 will cover your vacation days no matter how many days you rent. The price could go up before your arrival, but never more than $5-$10. When you receive your check in instructions it will contain details about the process. There is no off site parking provided. Park at Walmart or any other store, or car pool will be at your own risk.
You are able to use any amenities in Condos 1-4. This includes all pools, work out rooms, spas, racquetball courts, game room (kids love this game room) located in building 3 and any other amenities. The front desk in building 3 can give you any codes you may need for access or supplies for racquetball.
