Phoenix IV 4121 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and dining room

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two double beds

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email, after they have been registered.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

• Fireplace feature in the condo is NOT available for guest use.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

I have stayed in a lot of condos over the years & this one was decorated adorable! It was my husband & I, our 5 kids (ages 10-16), and my parents. We had plenty of room. I did bring an air mattress for our 2 youngest boys so we didn’t have to utilize the sleeper sofa (just easier than pulling it in & out every day.)

Loved the roominess of rooms...even though stats stated 2 bdrm...description stated 3 so maybe listing needs update. Didnt like the fact couldnt wash dishes by hand due to no complimentary sponge for dishwashing...also cooking utensil drawer had purple sticky substance inside...other than that couldnt find extra pillows for sofa bed sleeping

Fun family vacation

The property was nice and clean. It had enough room to accommodate my family. The beds were comfortable. Only issue was the ice maker/water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work. Management sent a repairman who changed the filter but did not resolve the issue. He left without saying anything so we delt with it the whole time. Other than that small inconvenience, everything was great.

Location in orange beach is great, minutes drive or even short walk to everything you need. The beach was not crowded. The property amenities were wonderful. And our condo was exactly what we needed/expected. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

The property was amazing the views from the 12th floor was nothing but beautiful.. There was 10 of us and still room for everyone to move around. Orange Beach is nothing but amazing we were so close to anything we wanted to eat or just entertain. We will be visiting this place again!!

First, while I appreciate being kept abreast of everything to expect, it was very off putting to continuously receive emails with highlighted sections saying check in may be delayed when check in isn’t until 4pm already. The typical customer does not care about you being short staffed. Customers want what they pay for in a timely fashion. I responded after the 3rd email stating as such and was met with a snide remark stating I was welcome to cancel and would bear the brunt of not receiving a refund since it was so close to time to go. I found it very unprofessional when I was simply voicing my concerns. After traveling for so long the last thing I wanted was a delayed check in. Needless to say, the negativity of the emails was in poor taste. And constant reminders of what will not be reimbursed or adjusted and what they do not provide. I think it is awful to supply 1 roll of tissue and no extra garbage bags considering the costs. At least 2 rolls per bathroom and a couple of garbage bags would have been thoughtful. What are we paying a cleaning fee for if you want us to do everything but mop? In light of everything I don’t think I will use these people again. The attitude and the way the rules are presented leaves me feeling cheated before I ever got there. The fees are excessive and I was taxed 4 different times. I will not stay there again for the ride emails alone.

It was okay.

The place was as pictured, clean, and a beautiful beach view. However, the check in process was a mess and extremely frustrating. We were told we checked in at Phoenix 1, stood in line 10 minutes to be told we check in at 3. Got to Phoenix 3, and was never told we were suppose to be staying in Phoenix 4, didn’t tell us what floor our room number was or anything. I realized later I could have found the floor number on the website but the front desk at Phoenix 3 was so rude and extremely unwilling to be helpful. I filed a complaint on the person who sold us the parking passes because he was very rude and replied to every question I had with “we don’t manage Phoenix 4, look for your stuff in the email they sent you”. He literally didn’t even tell us where Phoenix 4 was. The check in process was extremely frustrating and not smooth at all. But the apartment was nice I just won’t be staying there again due to the extremely aggravating process.

Rocky start...

The property and condo were really nice. The view from the balcony is amazing and the condo is decorated very nice. Our only problem was that when we arrived at the condo at 4:30 (check in is 4) the people were still attempting to clean it from the previous guests. The people that stayed before us had a big time and trashed the place. They did not take the garbage out (didn’t even put the garbage in the can). Empty liquor bottles, beer bottles, beer caps and other trash was all over the kitchen and living area. We found 3 or 4 beer pong balls under the table and couch after the cleaning people left. They did not clean the bathtub or shower areas bc there was still hair in the tub and shower. Floors weren’t mopped. There was food left on the balcony and a few beer cans. Something sticky had spilled on the balcony that had not been cleaned up. The room with the two beds looks to have a leak problem from the vent in the ceiling and it had dripped down the wall or either someone spilled something on the wall. There were dirty towels left in the top of the closet also. This was really nothing to do with the property manager. I just think they need to get new people to clean and I hope they charged the people that stayed before us extra bc it was mainly their fault. Logan from iTrip Vacations is amazing and they made it right for us. They refunded me my cleaning deposit and Logan even dropped off a gift for us. Great company and could tell they try to make things right. I would definitely book through this company again. After the first couple of days, everything mellowed out and we had a great vacation!
