Great stay just would have liked check in better...charged deposit which is fine but called next day to pay aheaad in full for 6 nights..so i did but they onybcharged me half then called me again next day...and asked why i didn't pay in full i explained thsts what she asked me to pay. A bit annoying

I honestly have more expectations for this hotel, especially from reading all the reviews from Hotels.com. It wasn’t what I expected. The hotel was really outdated and very very old from the inside. It looks like they just did a big huge renovation on the outside and that’s what impresses customers to want to Rent a room from them. And not honesty everything else was OK. I didn’t even get a chance to try the continental breakfast which we did pay for that was an unfortunate experience, but that would be the only time I will be going there.

Honestly it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had! When we just arrived and wanted to take a shower, we couldn’t use the towels as they were dirty and hairy - it was disgusting! Also, there was no water in the room, we wanted to drink around 1 and when we ordered to have them delivered, they did not deliver anything but told us we have to go down to the second floor for a vending machine (which was also terrible we had to buy each item one by one), and also there wasn’t any toothbrush in the room so we had to order some and they also told us they don’t deliver that to our room so we had to go at the reception and get them. They handed us 2 bags we assumed everything was fine, but when we arrived to the room and opened the bags, there was only toothbrushes without any toothpaste. When we called them to send us some (it was in the morning) they told us that they do not send toothpaste via room service, we had to go down again and get them, which is unreasonable honestly like seriously what does the room service actually deliver? Not water, not toothbrush nor toothpaste, what then? Awful experience, what a waste of money really! I have 2 stars overall just for the staff because they were polite and helpful.

Wonderful stay for family of 4! Would have rated 5 stars but unfortunately staying in an even numbered room we were facing the interior garden area which catches all the sound of the freeway and busy street and is loud. Woke us up a couple of times. Overall would absolutely stay again of we had an odd numbered room
