Below average, advertised breakfast, there is no longer breakfast. No room service unless ordered 2-3 days ahead of time, very limited soap shampoo and only available on request. Front staff was always friendly and helpful. Yes there were visible cockroaches and the room was not very clean. Maybe good for a quick 1 nighter, but wouldnt recommend it.

Found a clump of hair on my bed, woke up to some sort of critter climbing up the wall, and woke up to find that my door was ajar (deadbolt still latched) which they assured me was housekeeping, but then why wouldn’t they close the door fully when they realized I was still in there?

I like the location of the property. However, the property is not properly maintained. The hallways need more lightning. The walls in the bedroom need repair, one inside door needs repair. The desk chair in the bedroom needs to be trashed. I told the lady on the desk, but she was not paying attention. I arrived in the lobby ay 12:15 pm from a long trip from Florida. I called the day before to make sure if I can get the first room that is ready. I had to be at a wedding at 3:00 pm. I waited until 2:15 pm and at that time there were 7 people waiting for 3 rooms. The receptionist made a phone call at 2:02 pm requesting a list of the available rooms. I did pay attention and did not notice anyone leaving. For sure, I will not go back.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking and it really stunk like cigarettes!! Horrible stench that made my clothes smell like MOLD Carpet stains on rug , towel shortage My husbands credit card was compromised! Shortage of towels always , the lock on the door needs to be updated We won’t be back again this was our second time a year later Good luck with better update repairs !
