This hotel is new so everything was shiny and clean. The layout is very comfortable and efficient. The bed was very comfortable. The bonus is this hotel is pet friendly.

This is a decent clean hotel. there was some damage int he room, but nothing serious. looked like someone carved their name int he headboard and they painted over it. I would stay here again, but do not eat at the Ruby Tuesday close by. it is awful.

The hotel was spotless and offers a fresh "community" concept with lounge sofas and a pool table in the lobby. The rooms were comfortable, but without the comfort of a soft chair or carpeting. More of a European style hotel. The workout room was great and breakfast was good.

The stay was wonderful, the booking with hotels.com was terrible, I booked on line and got confirmation but arriving to the hotel the havnt received the reservation, after contacting hotel.com they stopped txtn me, we waited for an hour and no res. I ended up paying for another room so we had a place to sleep. As of 11:00 there still was no res. Sent by them. Now I can’t get them to talk to me!! The hotel said this seems to happen more often with them. I’m out 187.00 and the hotel manager gave me a discounted rate on the room. Thank you TRU by Hilton! I’m not done with Hotels.com though!!! They havnt heard the last of me.

I reached a piece of toast at the breakfast and the male attendant (in front of everybody and embarrassing me in front of my family) yells out “ that’s why we provide tongs and plastic gloves.” (Very rudely). We got out of there as quickly as possible. Never again!

Maybe if they had a floor that dogs were not allowed to stay on maybe it would make a difference. All and all it was a nice hotel and the staff were friendly and efficient
