The property was the size described however the listing is contradictory. It lists the property with a hot tub and heated pool however you don’t find out until the very bottom of the agreement that having the pool heated was a up-charge. The rental grill company suggested would cost over twice the listed price after paying a delivery and pick up fee and cleaning fee. The property shows its age as the unit could use a paint job and the additionalAmenities such as the pool table and football table are in disrepair.

Absolutely A Delight!
My family meets annually for a vacation in Orlando. We are always delighted to find the house just as described, which isn’t always the case. This house is absolutely gorgeous and it more than accommodated 16 adults, 3 teens and 3 children. I highly recommend the hot tub and grill. Both made our winter trip more than we anticipated. I’m already lining things up to stay here next year! Huge thanks to Kenny for continually answering my last minute requests! God Bless!

Home served our needs
This home adequately housed our family of 18. I am sure that many guests use this home as a place to rest while spending most of their time at Disney, etc. Our family used it for a Thanksgiving gathering with a park day included as a small entertainment. Therefore, my review might be focused differently than others. The home is well built and served our needs. Positives include enough bedrooms and bathrooms, generous towel supply, great hot water for a large home, comfortable beds, daily trash pick up, 2 refrigerators and dishwashers, and a generous supply of dinner plates. Things to note — crib means pack-n-play, there is a Keurig and regular coffee pot, getting in and out of the neighborhood takes patience and time as well as the traffic to and from the parks, and finding enough parking to accommodate even our 6 cars within the neighborhood was challenging. It might have been due to an abundance of Thanksgiving travelers but I am unsure. A few items that would help enhance the property: hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, mirrors in the bedrooms, extra blankets and bedding, a new can opener (the current one is useless), measuring cups, and serving bowls and platters. Cleanliness of floors was not great and the walls look shabby with spots of paint that show touch up has been done. The owner was responsive.

Our family celebrated our annual family gathering it was 18 of us. The house was amazingly spacious. No issues at all with space dining room area and living room area was perfect for our large group Communication with the owner was also excellent. My only negatives is 1. The house was not very tidy, the floors, rugs and towels were dingy. The pool furniture could be updated. It is really worn. My only other concern is with the community parking. These homes are for large groups with very very limited parking. Thankfully, we did receive warning and several communications about parking however it was only after we booked this house , that we realize parking was going to be an issue

More of a party house than premier host property.
The cleanliness of the property was the main issue. Upon arrival there were multiple rooms that had either not been cleaned including the bedding and sheets. We contacted the owner and the property manager immediately after documenting the issues we had found. The owner never reached out to us until after our stay was complete the property manager was very slow to respond and instead of coming to the house himself to see the issues had my fiance spend time on our vacation sending him the photos of the bedding and sizes needed to replace the yellow stained pillows and sheets. The home itself is also in very rough shape but would be considered fair for a frat house I guess. The garage had old furniture stored inside of it that smelled musty and there was also no motor for the garage door it is a manual hand lift to open. The front entrance smells horrible as that’s where the garbage is kept the first thing you will see is the remnants of what I can assume is liquid garbage that solidified to the concrete and the entire entryway could use a pressure wash as well as the pool deck out back of the house. The yard had lots of trash all over it and the shower curtains were moldy as well as there being hairs in the drawers of a bathroom upstairs and these were not long head hairs they were short and curly. Be weary of the photos as they were taken as the home was first set up nothing is in that condition now and the pool table is also missing a couple balls. I would not recommend.

Great experience
Our group enjoyed our stay at the house we rented. It was spacious with lots of rooms to accommodate our group. The house was clean, the pool was nice and the kitchen was huge. The property was secure and the neighbors were nice. We would stay at this property again in the future.

House was plenty large enough for our 4 generations. Two refrigerators and dishwashers helped a lot. Kitchen island was huge as was dinning room table. Pool and sauna area was great for kids.

Poppy's 90th birthday celebration
We had 15 adults at this house to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. There was plenty of space for all of us. We had a wonderful time just enjoying the pool and hot tub and each others company. Kenny was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Meets the needs of a big group
Our team retreat was held at this property for the second straight year. The spacious home with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, made it great for our team of 15 persons this year. The hot tub and pool are a nice addition, the kitchen served our needs for meals and the space was adequate for our meeting during the week. We would suggest new mattresses for the beds and some additional kitchen supplies, such as rolling pin, serving dishes and bowls, more cooking pans for a better equipped kitchen.

The home is very spacious and perfect for large groups. We had 2 families with all adults. Rooms had their own bathrooms for the most part, plenty of towels. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Plenty of seating for everyone. We had a wonderful week at Disney only being about 25-30 drive away. Recommend! We would stay here again!

The house was large and spacious. The property is excellent for large families. The beds are not for heavy people they are low and in one of the bedrooms the bed very weak. Plenty of bath towels and face towels on property. Overall I would recommend this property. My family enjoyed it. The property manager communicates well and in a timely manor.

Family Get Together
Very spacious house that fit all our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Saw a couple bugs (Florida Fall), but Jack came out and took care of the problem. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and patio. Seating for our group of 19 was perfect inside and out. Would recommend this house. Would rent it again. There is a resort pool, and lazy river (extra charge). But we loved our pool best.

We had a great time at this house in Florida. We enjoyed the big house and all the bedrooms. The management company responded well to a couple problems. We did have an issue using the pool the day we were home because of chemicals being added. Other than that it was a great time.

Parking spaces not available for renters/guest
The parking availability was awful. One guest had a parking pass but could not find a parking place and had to park on the street in front of the house until one was available. In the mean time a towing employee tried to tow her car but asked her to pay him $60 not to tow her car. She paid the $60. I think that is robbing people. Can something be done?
