Great staff and updated rooms.
Check-in was a breeze and staff is super friendly and attentive. Facility has been remodeled and looks great, however where repairs have been made it is obvious and could have been done better. Otherwise everything was great.

There were warning signs right from the time of arrival. One elevator was out of service and the second was slow and the open / close door buttons were wired backwards. Gave us an uneasy feeling so after using one time took the stairs back down. The bathroom had not been well cleaned there was hair visible in the corners on the tile. The tipping point of the stay happened when we saw two cockroaches before going to bed. One was crawling up the bathroom door frame and another was on the floor between the beds. Went down to talk to the front desk and they admitted that they fumigate the building and that it had been at least a few weeks. I asked about checking out early and getting my money back and was told that I would have to call the manager during day hours. Checked out early called him a few times but never did get ahold of him. This Ramada is not a 3 star hotel I wish the ratings reflected reality.

Great Stay
I really liked this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice and let me check in early, which was a bonus! The rooms were clean and very spacious. The hotel was in a great location with a variety of places within walking distances to get something to eat.

They said on line they had parking and shuttle service online but when we checked in you couldn’t park there till you got back scam on listing had to go to another hotel with park and fly and a waste of a hotel night cost, cancelled all business with this hotel
