My family & I definitely enjoyed our stay communication was an absolute breeze when we first got there the ac upstairs wasn’t working it took them less than a hour to come fix it !! Only part we didn’t enjoy was the service it was horrible but we made it work would book again in the nearest future , oh and be sure to provide yourself extra necessities such as toiletries and things of that nature because it wasn’t much provided in the bathrooms . The home is beautiful provided nice and clean high chair for your little one also a crib .

A few hiccups but got it smoothed out.
Very nice. A/C quit working fixed within a couple of hours of reporting, spa (wall timer) never would come on, internet info was wrong (used the default site/password from the router label). Missing or misassigned TV remotes... Could not independently control the light and ceiling fan in 1st bedroom.. I suggest speed bumps and/or posting lower speed limits for safety of guests. One we figured out the quirks, we had a nice stay and would come again.

The property is nice enough, although the pictures outshine the reality. We had issues throughout our stay with the AC. A repair tech came out twice and I was very pleased that the manager sent him over even though it was late on a weekend evening. Several television remotes needed batteries and there were towels left in the washing machine that were moldy and smelled terrible. Other than the AC, the issues were relatively minor, but details are being missed that add up. Overall, it worked well for our group and we had a great vacation.

After driving from GA to FL to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends I arrived to a nightmare. Tra
After driving from GA to FL to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends I arrived to a nightmare. TraSh was outside. The house near the garage was damaged. The door entrance was filthy dirt spider webs, bird poop was everywhere. There was a torn dirty door mat at the entrance. Upon entrance walls floors, carpet kitchen rugs curtains were filthy and covered with food. The patio was dirty with mud and chalk. The white couches had stains all over them. The wood table for eating had stains and the chairs were peeling. We followed the directions and contacted the management team. They in returned told us to call Nova with our complaint. Due to no response and more guest coming in we went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned until about 1:30 in the morning. This was totally unexpected. I was very Disappointed! When you pay a cleaning fee you expect to a clean and fresh smelling home. I pray this was just a off day because it’s so unfair to people who plan to vacation in a nice beautiful clean home.

I was very hesitant about writing a review because I don’t like leaving reviews that are negative. I gave it some thought and came to the conclusion that my review could be helpful to someone else looking to reserve this property. After viewing the property online and making our reservation, my family and I were very excited about this property. The online photo gallery was great and communication with the owner prior to our arrival was good. Having stayed in a nearby property in Reunion, June 2019, with a larger group, we assumed our stay here would be similar. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the first thing that concerned me was the neighborhood might not be as family friendly. Cars lined the streets and there were dozens of people gathered as if there was a street/block party going on. When entering the property we noticed that the house was in need of a deep cleaning. The walls were dirty, the carpet, curtains and furniture were stained. Not all of the furniture was in good condition, some pieces may even need to be replaced. I can deal with furniture not being in the best condition but uncleanliness (especially during COVID-19 pandemic) is much harder to accept. What was so disappointing was, this property has so much potential. The house is nice but, some of the furniture needed updating and it just wasn’t clean…that is a big deal, in my opinion. I feel ALL rental properties should be thoroughly cleaned when a group exits and the next arrives. Property management should be concerned that all patrons are safe. Cleaning and disinfecting is important in doing so. Because of the condition of the property, this is not a place that I would want to stay again.
