Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Very nice
The home was very clean and spacious. The home depicted everything that was on the photos. The only issue, which was no fault of the owner was the property gates didn't work most times. Other than that I would definitely recommend and book again.

Bed Bugs! Avoid! Management Unresponsive
We originally thought we had found a gem! In reality it was a total nightmare! Within 12 hours of being on the property we found food behind and besides beds and BED BUGS. We immediately notified the emergency line upon finding this. NO ONE from the property has called us back. It’s been weeks! We have asked for a refund and they haven’t said a single word, not even an apology. Save yourself the time, anger and avoid ruining your vacation! They will say it’s taken care of but to be honest it likely will not based on how they responded to our reports! Oh and VRBO was t even helpful. They did absolutely nothing!

Exec villa are thieves!!!! And unprofessional!!!
Couldn’t get in gate! Had to call emergency service!! Linen on all beds were disgusting, we stripped all beds washed all sheets because they were stained with blood and it looked like urine!! Couldn’t go to bed until 5 am because of having to clean linen, bugs on walls, two men had code to house and walked in on my family, so I don’t believe they changed the code!! Then they had the audacity to say my family and I stained the linens so that they could keep our damage deposit!! These people are crooks!!! They rent this house to just anyone because the men that walked in said they rented it for a huge party for the weekend!! My family was terrified, they did come and change the code but had to try and remember how, that shows that they don’t change them often, so beware!! I’m really pissed that they took my money to compensate for past renters disgusting behavior!! Do not, I repeat do not rent from thesen people!! And by the way you can’t talk to them on the phone, you have to email them!!! I feel violated and robbed!!! These people took my money!!!

Missing the details
The house is spacious but the kitchen is not fully stocked as described and as other reviews have mentioned. The minimal cookware is in desperate need of replacement, we had to buy a skillet since theirs was so warped in the middle it couldn’t be used. Like other reviews mentioned, there are no oven mitts which we had to purchase as well. These aren’t things anyone wants to mess with on vacation. We did not receive any instructions on how to get through the entrance gates and had to annoyingly figure that out ourselves. It’s an additional $125 if you want to rent a grill for the week btw. Overall the house can accommodate many people easily, it was pretty clean aside from an unwashed pillowcase on a bed and a dirty comforter. There’s minimal bath towels and no washcloths or bath mats/rugs. I would not stay here again when there are similar properties in price that include a grill, baby equipment, are probably better stocked and are not right on top of your neighbors.

Great house, perfect for a large group.
This house was amazing! We only had 8 people so everyone had their own bed room, the pool was nice and the location was very convenient for our commute to the golf courses we played. My only issue was that I paid for the heat in the pool/spa and the spa tub never actually got hot, just a slightly warmer than the pool.

Only 1 down fall the kitchen was not stocked with necessities, no potholders, No baking pans, could use a deca cards. But all in all a wonderful property, I would definitely rent it again. Very close to Disney.

This house is very spacious. Beds comfortable. The kitchen was limited with available cookware making it challenging to prepare dinners—we had to buy a skillet/hot pads there is zero soap supplied-etc. We only had 2 pool towels but 6 more were delivered the first day after notifying management. The pool was growing algae and full of large clumps of hair. There was also a glass bottle in the pool water. The pool should be serviced between renters but it is not. Water was very murky. Air conditioning worked well. There is not play station but overall a great play room. House is in a good location and has a good community pool area. House was clean (except the pool).

This home was exactly what we hoped for our family get together for UCF Graduation and Disney Days! It was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably with room to spare. It was fun cooking together and sharing meals at the large dining table. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone with a large family.

The house is beautiful and close to Disney and Universal Studios
The house was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. My grandkids loved the pool. I liked how there was a safety barrier preventing children accessing the pool area. The games room was nice but a little dark. My suggestions would be to include instructions for the TV’s and information on the facilities.

Nice big place for family but terrible at fixing things
We had a bad leak from the air conditioner in the house and the whole floor was wet and the whole walkway and it took them three days to get it fixed. We had to walk with them in wet water back-and-forth and keep putting towels down. There was several other things wrong with that was the main thing I was concerned about and it just took forever and one of the kids fell and hurt themselves because of the water and nobody would do anything about it and everybody wanted to blame it on everybody else, and it was a dang nightmare in the Owner was out of town and was not helping getting the matter fixed either. Not sure if I would stay again for the reasons that the fact that they didn’t take care of issues when you needed them fixed and I had to deal with people on the phone for four days of my vacation trying to get it fixed , I’m not getting any help. Definitely going to be asking for some sort of refund.

The house was a great choice for our large group. Very comfortable, clean & spacious. The pool & game room were a great feature. The house could use more kitchen supplies for cooking. A couple pieces of furniture were broken and the hot tub jets weren’t working. They did come check on it but it was never fixed. Overall it was a good experience.

This property worked great for our family vacation to Disney. The location is minutes from Disney parks and close to many restaurants while still in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious and fit our group wonderfully. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was nice and spacious, however it smelt of smoke. In the pictures online it showed toys for the kids, there were none. We visited in January and spent extra for heated pool. The pool never got warm along with the hot tub. I would stay again just ask for a different place and not pay for the heat.

Not what we expected
There are broken pieces of furniture (toilet paper roll, railing going upstairs, vacuum to name a few), peeling wall paper, and nails sticking out of floor (in front of laundry). Be very careful with little ones. We're told several times to leave house clean, but the vacuum provided is broken. Food particles left under furniture. The neighborhood is super sketchy- you get what you pay for. We had to call police and rowdy, fighting, cursing neighbors on two separate occasions at 4am. This home is not worth the headache, spend a little more elsewhere. We sent photos to mgmt of broken items and never heard a response, but we requested heat turned on pool (extra charge) and they came immediately....that doesn't work well either btw.

We celebrated my 50th Birthday with our kids and grandkids.
House was great size. Plenty of space for everyone. Could use more mixing bowls and cookware. Pot holders would be great as well. Staff responded to our questions and needs quickly. Sweeper was broke and he had one delivered the next morning. Overall our stay was amazing.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We had 21 family members with us and everyone enjoyed all the amenities! However, we had bathroom outlet failures and no bathroom outlet in the entire facility worked. We stayed 6 days, and called maintenance 3 times and it was never addressed.

Great place for a big family
One problem was it took couple days to have someone come out to clean pool. Other problem was outlets in most of the bathrooms would not work. They went out of our Day 5 of our week stay. I’m sure it was probably a circuit breaker but when I called maintenance they were not able to tell us how to correct this. Overall I would still give this a five star. Place was so clean and absolutely perfect for our huge family.
