Family gathering at Terra Verde Resorts
We had a great time staying in the home at Terra verde resort. We had a group of 16, the house and outdoor area were large enough to accommodate our group. Being so close to the resort pool, the kids could go across the street and swim or stay in the private pool. We would definitely go back

Great for large families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only surprise/negative—there were virtually no hand soap or paper products available, including toilet paper. We ended up having to make a local shopping run to stock up, something I’ve never had to do with previous rentals. Not a big deal, just a bit surprising. Now for the positives: * The rooms were well decorated and the grandkids loved them! * The house was clean, roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms available. * The garage game room was a wonderful addition. * While we didn’t use the resort facilities, there were plenty of options available. * We received excellent communication from the owner and local property manager. If we ever returned, we absolutely would not hesitate renting this location again!

Cold showers in Florida
I’m sure you will not be getting a five star review from us. We rent 2-4 homes per year and this experience has been the worst by far. It started with the down stairs air conditioner. It was not running when we arrived. We called the number provided for service issues and he stated he no longer worked for you and he could not help us. An hour later, he texted the new local support person. Why was bad information provided the day before from this e mail account? Service person arrived and air conditioner was fixed one hour later. No pot holders or any towels or dish rags to do anything in the kitchen. Not a single skillet to fry up an egg or anything. Grill locked until 8 pm Saturday night so the food we picked up to grill the first night went into freezer and we had to go and buy food for dinner. Hot water would only last after two short showers. Not good for 14 people. If you ran a load of laundry forget taking a shower. Not sure why a house for 14 has such a small water heater. Cold showers became the normal for us every morning on our way to Disney. Towels and wash clothes one set for everyone but that means you do laundry every day making the hot water situation Worse. Also, the couch in the family room was so broken down that it was so hard to sit on that we would gather in the kitchen only. I emailed this account several times with out a response other that this e mail asking for a five star review. That’s not acceptable to us Dan

Nice house for multiple families
House was once nice but pretty used. Patio very dirty, holes in screens, multiple calls to maintenance for pool heater, pool lights and patio lights. Electrical problems per Leo. Broken furniture on patio. Mold in showers. Carpet and walls dirty. Beds VERY comfortable. Big traps and little ants everywhere. Overall not a bad place, once was probably a very nice house just needs some upkeep and maintenance. Close to clubhouse which was a big plus.
