On entering the home, you will be thrilled with the abundance of space especially the lovely comfortable lounge and study, which is the ideal place to plan your exciting days exploring Florida and will also offer young and old the space to enjoy time to themselves away from the main party.
Moving towards the rear of the home you will find the dark wood Kitchen, fully equipped for all your needs, making light of any catering task. The breakfast bar is ideal for informal gathering, with the pleasant Dining area a great place to enjoy those “round the table family meals” we all enjoy so much whilst on vacation.
The well-established family room comprises of a wall mounted Flat Screen TV and a comfortable L shaped sofa from where you can also enjoy the stunning views over the large sun-drenched pool deck.
The upstairs entertainment lounge is great place for the family to gather. As with the rest of the home it is fully air conditioned and consists of two large leather chairs, a wall mounted TV, a table football unit and is the perfect place to crash after a long day at the theme parks.

- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
