My room needed to be cleaned better.

Floors were not clean and I saw roach on the stove next night. The staff was friendly. Overall my stay was okay.

When we first arrived everything seemed fine, but when we were cleaning our rooms we noticed that the sheets on one of the beds were filthy. When we asked for more sheets the lady behind the counter acted as if she was very annoyed. We haven't had internet in about a week. Nobody au the front desk seems to care, like this is something normal. I've missed days at school and money online. And they won't compensate for it either because it's supposed to be "free". I don't care about that it's the impact of not having working wifi that is inconvenient.
