Despite the fact that I didn't have any hot water, and the room kinda smelled a bit...this was THE BEST experience ever. The arrangements easy, the service at the check in desk perfect, support for having two cats traveling with me impeccable. I don't often see this kind of service. It was a great stay!!! Thanks.

Good quiet night. Shower dripped but solved that issue by closing the door. Sink area to wash hands and brush teeth seemed a tad bit small. Beds comfortable. People to cleaned seemed to be in a rush by standing at our door waiting for us to leave at 9:30 when checkout is a 11. Slim pickings for breakfast. Nice people all around!

Only good thing about this property was that they allow pets. (At an additional $20.00 Charge). We wanted to get away for a couple of days and found this place. The pictures online make the place look new, clean, and welcoming. I paid almost $150.00 for the stay plus $20.00 for my dog. This place was dirty, old, outdated. I felt like I was staying at a Motel in the south side of Chicago. Unfortunately, there were not many options in the area that allowed pets. We basically slept a few hours hoping there were no bed bugs or anything else and left early in the morning. I will never stay here again! I also received a surprise call from the from desk at midnight asking me if I was going to check in. After I told him that I checked in at 3:00pm and I was sleeping in the room, the guy apologized and said that he dialed the wrong number. This place is not recommended!!!

The hotel is a good alternative to the pricier ones across the river in LaSalle. The room was fine, with 2 small queens/twins, but the sink was located outside the room w/toilet and bath, squeezed into a cubbyhole, which did not allow for any personal toiletries to be placed next to the sink. Not much thought was done by the designer of the property.

Early check in fee

The hotel was very basic, the rooms definitely smelled of old cigarette smoke, but they were clean and did the job. Weirdest thing was we wanted to check in at 130 (or check in was 3), our rooms were ready, but they wanted to charge us $20 a room to get in our room early. Ive stayed at high end hotels that dont even think to do that. We talked them down to $10 a room, but that makes no sense. The rooms were ready!! Never, in my life, have i been charged to check in an hour early.
