Very nice Hotel near the Interstate. Glad I didn’t need the shower as it was not in good repair. You could see where the anti slip strips were pulled off.

The room had a previous occupant’s wash rag left hanging on the shower curtain rod. Very “sketchy people” hanging around outside, at the “smoking”end of the hotel.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean but musty and carpet felt sticky. Didn’t eat the breakfast cuz it was only carbs and nothing substantial. Didn’t even see coffee offered and orange juice machine was out of order.

The room itself wasn’t too bad except the bathroom was practically falling apart. The toilet wasn’t even fully secured to the floor. The carpet in our room was filthy. It turned our socks brown and I washed the bottoms of our bare feet in the morning because they were brown. Bright green light on the smoke detector and a flashing red light on the phone. The green light was basically a night light we couldn’t cover or turn off. Breakfast area was pretty yuck. Un-refrigerated gallon of milk sitting out, lowest possible quality baked goods, tiny dixie cups for beverages. We walked out without eating anything. Major construction across the street, isolated area, felt sort of unsafe.

It was a cute room, but there was mold in the shower. The bathroom was also pretty small as well. Service was good when we checked in and wasn't noisy. Great place to stay for the price. We will definitely be back.

Decent for the price.

My daughter and I stayed here just for a quick overnight. The hotel is in need of renovation, but it seemed clean. Close to the highway and convenient. Management was friendly, and breakfast was adequate.

The Regency Inn & Suites is a modestly priced motel with spic-and-span rooms right off the I-35 exit. Since the pandemic, the motels/hotels that I've stayed at don't do daily room cleaning/tidying (probably for public safety reasons but really because everyone is understaffed). I didn't expect the Regency staff to make the bed, etc., but every day I returned to a room that was freshly put in order, bed made. The motel is on the outer reaches of town next to a DQ, so if you're visiting Faribault, expect a couple minutes of drive to downtown, etc. It's not a new motel, but you can tell that the people who run it are working hard to keep it as nice as they can. My room was extremely clean, and I appreciate that! And the room rate was very affordable compared to the other motels in town. You get a lot of value for the money at the Regency!

Perfect stay for a night while traveling

One night while traveling. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed assistance with the TV since it wasn't working and the front desk staff immediately fixed the issue. greatly appreciated.
