The bathroom was not clean. The mirrors in room looked like a greasy towel was used to clean it. Lamp and side tables were dusty. Linens and bed were clean. Room looked like it was empty for a while and all that was done was putting new bedding and towels in room. Would not stay here again. The receptionist was very nice though.

The property had great, well lit parking. Food was nearby and very convenient. The staff was excellent with a quick and efficient check in and check out. The kitchen even made more food at the end of breakfast for all the people that showed up last minute. The hotel could use to do some small cosmetic things, like hose the windows off etc.

This Best Western was absolutely disgusting. We only stayed one night as we were passing through on our way to Buffalo. The shower and bathroom area were dirty and had black mold everywhere, there was hair in the shower and the white towels looked dingy and used. The kitchenette had cockroaches and droppings. Please run away from this place!

Staff at check seemed bothered. No one at desk and she was folding laundry in breakfast area. Floors in hallway dirty and ceilings stained in room. Food on floor in corner behind door in bathroom. Tried to have breakfast at 6:45 and no attendant and trays empty. Avoid.

Beautiful area, staff was nice, the ceiling in my room was repaired from a leak before and wasn’t left very nice. Doesn’t seem they deep clean the showers or glass shower doors.

It’s decent hotel, rooms are good but bathrooms bit outdated. Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is ok with decent choice of meals. Strong 4 out of 5.

The staff was kind and very helpful. But the hotel was a dump. The walls were rotting the floors for filthy. There was what looked like rat dumpings all around the room. On the first night the room was still dirty from the previous occupants. The entire time we were there the room felt damp. Walking on the carpet and my stocking feet and my socks would be wet. They don't clean the rooms everyday. They only clean them every 3 days unless you ask. Even when I asked the room wasn't cleaned, and when it was cleaned the floors were never vacuumed the old coffee packets weren't removed. They just weren't very thorough. There was a gap in the corner of the room between the wall and the baseboard or you could see the rotting of the walls. It seems like the room had been flooded. It was supposed to be handicap accessible. But it best I can tell all they meant was you could get a wheelchair into the room. The bathroom would not fit a wheelchair. The sink would not let you get near it with a wheelchair.
