My CC# changed in between booking this hotel and my arrival date (was booked months in advance). Apparently the owner called me about this detail while I was flying to Memphis and left a message stating that my reservation would be canceled before I even got off the plane! When I arrived the woman working the desk was kind enough to fortunately find me a room but at the rate of that time, not the rate I booked the room through expedia. I spoke with the owner the next morning about this and she told me that she'd correct it when she got to it later that day. Nope. Charged at the higher rate and nothing was ever credited back.

JUST AVOID THIS PLACE
Very basic room with filthy furniture, bed bugs and live roaches...OK to be basic but not when it is infested with bugs and no one cares...no maid service, no coffee, no towel replacement...pretty much all bad. The dilapidated ice machine did work good... would have left but it was a big football weekend in Oxford and nothing was available...

Our non_ smoking room reeked of smoke and had a used ash tray. Dirt under the couch. trash on the bath floor. Shower dooor did not clode properly, water on floor.

1 night.
Decent king size room with a fold out bed. Room and all was clean and in decent shape. Looked like recently remodeled. Only issue was it seemed like a party going on in some of the rooms down from us. Woke us up a few times but it wasn't terrible. Would stay again though and the price was good for the 1 night.

Well I was going on a trip to Batesville Arkansas went and had fun all day went to check into my motel room showed him my information and apparently somehow my room was booked in Batesville Mississippi obviously I have no intention of going to Batesville Mississippi I was told I can sell you a room I understand you can sell me your room but I already paid for a room after standing there frustrated for a bit tired ready to take a shower and go to bed I pulled out my credit card and had to pay for a room for the second time then I went and got on my phone and reached out the hotels.com supposedly they are supposed to get me a refund for the money I paid for the room in Batesville Mississippi but it's going to take 7 to 10 days so itn 7 to 10 days once giving my refund hopefully I could probably give a better more honest review but due to the having to pay twice experience just kind of ruined my vibe mistakes happen hopefully I will get my money back for the room I never went to in a different state I'm going to be very honest there was no issues with my motel room in Batesville Arkansas just frustrated I have to pay twice once I get my money back I will be very happy if I get my money back

The people here are kind and generous they helped us and gave us the space we needed and were well trained in different things from the housekeeping to the people in the front who checked us in they all were very kind I have extended my stay from some time now because we have had some trouble and they were very understandable about the needs we had

The bathroom was not the cleanest, I had to clean the toilet seat before I could use it. We were given a wheelchair accessible room when I booked a standard room. We had to remove the battery from the smoke detector so it would quit chirping because the battery was low and the maintenance guy had left for the day.
