Well I was going on a trip to Batesville Arkansas went and had fun all day went to check into my motel room showed him my information and apparently somehow my room was booked in Batesville Mississippi obviously I have no intention of going to Batesville Mississippi I was told I can sell you a room I understand you can sell me your room but I already paid for a room after standing there frustrated for a bit tired ready to take a shower and go to bed I pulled out my credit card and had to pay for a room for the second time then I went and got on my phone and reached out the hotels.com supposedly they are supposed to get me a refund for the money I paid for the room in Batesville Mississippi but it's going to take 7 to 10 days so itn 7 to 10 days once giving my refund hopefully I could probably give a better more honest review but due to the having to pay twice experience just kind of ruined my vibe mistakes happen hopefully I will get my money back for the room I never went to in a different state I'm going to be very honest there was no issues with my motel room in Batesville Arkansas just frustrated I have to pay twice once I get my money back I will be very happy if I get my money back

Bed linens and lamp shade were stained. Floor was dirty. One of the light bulbs out over vanity. Issues with a/c but front desk clerk was super fast to personally address the issue.

The people here are kind and generous they helped us and gave us the space we needed and were well trained in different things from the housekeeping to the people in the front who checked us in they all were very kind I have extended my stay from some time now because we have had some trouble and they were very understandable about the needs we had

The bathroom was not the cleanest, I had to clean the toilet seat before I could use it. We were given a wheelchair accessible room when I booked a standard room. We had to remove the battery from the smoke detector so it would quit chirping because the battery was low and the maintenance guy had left for the day.

The Front desk staff, she was nice and polite but she really didn't know what she was doing... She also told me that they booked me a room that was dirty, she gave me a different room which was non smoking, I got in the room, there were dirty towels everywhere. One on the bed which was disgusting. One in the bathroom and on the sink. There was trash still in the trash can from the last visit, with cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. But the bed was clean and made up. I didn't know how to react to a clean/dirty room.

The sliding shower door fell off and on to me. The air conditioner DID NOT work, 83 in the room.

Very old property, tiny bathroom has no hold bars. Door opens inward and takes up space, only 6 inches of hanging space. Request for towls and wash cloths ignored. Cacilities had to relocate irning board an iron that were permately mounted in clothes hanging space.

There were people sitting around in lawn chairs in the parking lot being loud, the sheets were stained and dirty, and there were dead roaches on the floor.

Okay stay. Needs improvements.

Not a 5 star by any means. Lamp shade on light was all bent up. Had to unplug clock/radio. Made too much noice. Sheets had stains, but appeared clean. A quick stop for one night, but stay was okay.
