Check in was very quick and pleasant. Lobby was clean and tidy. Room was easy to find and the parking lot is very well lit at night time. The room door was a little shaky but the lock was solid. The room was clean and ready for a traveler. The room had a nice king size bed and a nice sofa. The room offered a nice chair and desk for doing any travel work. The room had everything you would expect at a much larger, more expensive hotel. I would highly recommend booking a room here if you are required to stay in the area. Very pleased.

The staff was friendly & check-in was easy. The sheets had some dirt stains on them & we reported the pool was pretty dirty on the first day. It was somewhat cleaner & we able to swim in the following days. The hairdryer had what looked like blood on it. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked great, & the rest of the room was nice. Average stay for the cost.

Overall, our experience was good. The only thing we had a problem with was when we had to turn the water on and off while we showered to avoid the water from building up at the bottom of the tub.

Some Issues - Won't Be Returning

I specifically chose this place to stay because my son was with me and they had a nice-looking pool on the advert. But when we got there, the pool was closed. Further, we had to ask for more sheets and pillows for the extra bed and was told they had no extra pillows. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine and the handle for the shower was so hard to turn, my mother and son couldn't do it themselves. The people were really nice and the breakfast area was clean and stocked, so that was a plus. The room outside of the bathroom area was pretty clean except the sofa was a bit musty. I didn't spend much less than I would have at a Holiday Inn or Hilton Garden so I expected a lot better.

Paul the front attendant was amazing, kind, knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Room was clean, no bugs, plenty of towels and amenities , we will stay here again.
