We didn't expected this quality of room in a Lodge. It was very nice. The only thing was missing is breakfast.

It was the worst experience in my life. The hotel cancel my 2 nights reservation asking me to call them back to confirm credit card and giving me 24 minutes for it. I couldn’t call as I did not have a service. I was hiking in Mt. Rainer and there is really a bad service to call. When I came to the hotel the receptionist, Jessica said that Expedia cancelled the reservation, which was not true. When I called Expedia they confirmed me that my reservation is valid and there is no need to reconfirm. The manager of the property is so unprofessional and rude. We ended up without place to sleep, stressed out and no help was provided. They even said if we don’t leave the property they will call the police. Please don’t stay there.

Good location for visiting the park. The lodge was nice and clean but extremely noisy. We could hear snoring from the room next to us, every movement from the room above and any hallway noises. Beyond that it is a decent place to stay if you are visiting the park.

Our room was near the front desk … people were coming and going late and early and every conversation was loud and clear. No installation in the doors halls not rooms. Couldn’t sleep a wink

The room was updated, very clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They offer coffee and hot water. Our experiences was that the hot water wasn't very hot and when they run out of coffee it wasn't replenished. There was a kureig in the room. The bed was okay. Pretty comfortable. The hotel was pretty close to downtown. Downtown wasn't much and your restaurant choices are very limited.
