Home2 almost never fails for our families needs. Food was great as usual and staff was very accommodating. The only suggestion is to get that hot tub working. It was Lukewarm at best. Other people said that wasn’t a new thing. Yes it’s the desert and hot but a social hot tub at nice would be the cherry on top of a great day.
Amazing! Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. We stayed for a week. Housekeeping stop by every other day to tidy up. The breakfast was great, kiddos loved the waffle maker. They had a grill and they give you the option to cook in your room with an induction burner cooktop. We loved that it was close to everything including a scenic view of the dam. We will definitely return. ❤
Hotel seems new. Very well kept, freshly painted, etc. Our room was huge with 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch with tons of floor space left over. Found out later we were given the “accessible” suite so I don’t know if all room are that extra spacious or not. Staff was very friendly and helpful, printed a few things for us when the printer in the business center wasn’t working. Continental breakfast was pretty good; only complaint is for the newness of the hotel they did not plan enough breakfast space. The food was set out in a fairly small area somewhat cramped by some of the tables so coupled with a good crowd of people it was challenging to get food you wanted in a reasonable timeframe and challenging to find a place to sit to eat
The breakfast was well organized and quick. The room was clean and the property was well-maintained.
I called the day around 12:30 PM to let them know we would arrive after midnight. I was told they would make a note to save our room. When we arrived at 12:30 AM they no longer had our room for us. We were told that it was given to a walk-in. We then spent the next 2 hours finding somewhere else to stay. Then they charged us for a no-show.

They forgot to clean the coffee machine. The brewing bag used by the previous resident was not thrown away!
