The room was old & dated, but was clean. The motel grounds were actually very nice. "Amy" at the desk was very cordial and friendly. For the price, a decent place to stay.

No hot water, was told to leave the water running for 30 minutes by staff. Theres a bar next door and had the walls shaking most of the night.

The lady that said she was the manager was way out of line. Before check out she harassed us to get out. We had our bags in the car and at 11:05 she came back cussing and yelling at us. Very unprofessional.

This motel has a great location. Walkable to restaurants and the grocery store, etc. The carpet in our room was so bad that we kept our shoes on. The room also had a funny smell. I assume it comes from the bad carpet. If they would rip that out, and just put in some cheap laminate or industrial type carpet, it would be a humongous improvement. If we could have had one of the rooms that had the sliding glass doors opening to the pool area, that would have been much better. Overall, I would actually stay here again. You pay for what you get and we just needed a place to sleep with air conditioning and a shower And this place was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. The bathroom was clean, the bedding was good. Just bring your flip-flops so you don't have to walk on the carpet.

The room was in such a poor state of repair with tiles hanging off the bath, it was unfit to stay in so we ended up moving to another hotel at the last moment. Receptionist extremely unhelpful and we were unable to speak to management.

I reserved a family room paid $388. The place was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this room. One of the showers didn’t work- shower head broken couldn’t operate the knobs, tub was disgusted. One of the tv s didn’t work. Uggg. My son said that was the worse place to stay. I felt bad. They promoted breakfast ( even had a sign outside saying they serve breakfast. Nope, they send an email after you book your room) one of the outside door knobs was also broken. manager lady was nice. But the room was scary!

If it weren't for two things: your broken shower and the lack of an in-room microwave, we would have not rated you so low. Your receptionist did a very poor job in greeting guests with her not so friendly disposition(bad day on duty, perhaps?) but she did offer to help should we need to heat up some food. For this reason, we will rate you as average for customer service. Your shower head was a disaster! It was broken and the bathtub was not draining well enough. There was NO hot water on the second day, so we assumed you ran out of hot water supply? This was completely unacceptable and if we were to stay there any longer, we would have asked for a room change.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude... Et pas mal tout dans la salle de bain était endommagé... (Il ne fallait pas bouger la toilette sinon elle coulait, le rouleau de papier toilette tenait avec du scotch tape et la moitié de l'eau de la douche allait au plafond... Pour la propreté il restait le savon de la personne d'avant dans la douche et il y avait des restes de fruits séchés en dessous du lit... Mais on était quand même correct, c'était surtout très cher à mon avis pour ce que c'était, mais on a réservé à la dernière minute.
