When I was staying there, the rain came; after all, the hotel was surrounded by rain and mud. There was no way to go out.

Great hotel

Great hotel in good location. Breakfast was good although would have preferred more options myself such as biscuits and scrambled egg. Check in was slow as a bus load of people arrived just before we did and there was only one person on the desk.

Very satisfied with the interior amenities. The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable and affordable. I was also favorably impressed by the variety offered by the free breakfast. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the building is easily accessible from the road. Not a fan of the grounds around the motel, lacks some upkeeping and janitorial maintenance. I found quite a few cigarette butts and other discounted items or trash in the motel's parking lot.

I’ve stayed here before. Everything basically just above average. I think the price was a bit too much. Stayed in much nicer hotel in downtown Moab for less on this trip.

This was one of the worst property i have stayed at in last 10 years. I went with the rating provided by Expedia which was 8 . But shockingly it was not even 2*. The room they gave us had bathroom floor broken, the room smelled pretry bad. The iron box was not working. Reception never picked our call. My wife went to reception to get a working iron box, they gave us another iron box and to our surprise that was also not working. Ee asked for another one, they didn’t have any. Overall very poor experience. I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. Expedia should re rate this property. Thanks!

I had a kitchen without a refrigerator! There was plumbing for an ice maker, but the small under counter refrigerator was in the living portion of the room. How inconsiderate of those paying for the room.

The computer broke down and took nearly half an hour to check-in. The wifi was super slow. We had a flat tire so had to use the hotel's taxi service and the taxi driver was super rude and racist. I asked him if he was with super8 taxi and he asked me "Are you awake. you don't know what you're talking about." During the drive he kept asking why I "don't sound like Americans". Worst service ever experienced.
