You'll feel like you've walked into an authentic lodge mountain resort when you enter this home. The spacious living room welcomes you with it's tall beam ceiling, plenty of room for the family to hang out on the fine leather furniture with large flat screen TV and great sound system. Enjoy the fun historical artifacts decorating this home. The living room opens on to the large dining room that adjoins a kitchen large enough for the whole family to gather and tell stories as the meals are being prepared. The kitchen is well stocked for any occasion, plenty of dishes, loads of cooking utensils, high end appliances and plenty of cabinets to satisfy even the largest group. Both the living room and dining room access the 1600 sf wrap around deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon drink, dinner or watch the kids play on the swings, or relax in the large hot tub.

New carpet and tile throughout. Granite counters in kitchen and baths. 75 gallon hot water heater and radiant, in floor heating as well as a wood burning stove. The large driveway with 2 car garage can handle multiple vehicles.

The homeowners have provided ample entertainment options for children and adults via large LCD TV’s, Roku, 50 mbps Internet with WiFi, Xbox. horseshoe pits, an adult bike and 2 children’s bikes, sleds. There is also a 45 lb barbell and a few bumper plates in the garage if you want to get a workout in.

Minutes from the national forest for hiking and trail running, trout fishing, downtown Pagosa Springs, grocery shopping, restaurants and lots of other activities.

This home will sleep 10 in 2 kings, one queen, 3 twins, and a foldaway bed for one.

Great Room: The very spacious Great Room offers extreme comfort and lots of entertainment options. Large LCD flat screen with blu-ray, surround sound stereo system and Roku media player (YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, Prime available) provides access to all of your digital entertainment needs. The coffee table folds out to reveal numerous board games and puzzles to entertain your family for hours. Or if you choose to just relax and enjoy being away, throw a few logs in the wood burning stove and kick back in the recliner or either of the two large leather sofas.

Master Bedroom: The huge master bedroom offers a beautiful knotty Aspen king bed, leather recliner and a large flat screen SmartTV with YouTube tv and Vizio Sound Bar. Connected full bath with dual sinks and a huge custom walk-in shower with 2 shower heads.

2nd Master: This bedroom features a knotty Aspen king bed and a large Flat screen with DVD. The full bath with shower and tub is located between the 2nd Master and the Bunk room.
Upstairs Loft: Relax on the Large Sofa or spend hours trying to beat your top score on the incredibly fun arcade Pinball machine. The fold-out bed can be easily moved to the loft.

Twin Room: Located on the main floor. 3 twins (80” length) sleeps 3. Small flat screen with DVD to entertain the little ones.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with night stand and dresser.
Game room/basement: Allow the kids to have a room completely separate and private from the main areas of the house. This room features an Xbox connected to WIFI, Large Flat Screen with a Vizio Sound bar. Lots of DVD’s to choose from and an electronic keyboard for the musically inclined. The room has an attached full bath with custom walk-in shower with two shower heads.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

Quiet mountain getaway!

Wonderful stay! Close to grocery stores and to town. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Neighbors seem to value their space, so be considerate of noise, property lines, dogs, etc if you stay here. We had an overall comfortable and memorable stay!

February getaway

We love this cabin as it is our second time back. The house is amazing and location is great for us. It’s about 35 minutes to the ski base. We love the space in the rooms and living areas. Could use extra towels and Kleenex but will know for next time we visit. Definitely going back to this cabin. Communication with the VIP property management was excellent and prompt!

Beautiful Area

The property was very nice and met all of our needs. The only negative was no personal contact with the management team. Many text message exchanges would not have been necessary if there had been a short personal welcoming visit. Just our opinion. This being said, the property itself is highly recommended.

Spring Break 2023

House was accurately described and more than enough room for our family of 6. Hot tub and kitchen were great after long days on the slopes. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Double shower heads were a nice bonus. We all loved the pinball machine. Close to grocery store. Most days it took 45 minutes to an hour to get to and from Wolf Creek Ski Area— this was in a peak ski week with several days of snowy weather. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is in a beautiful location. It is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. I love that we were very close to town but still in a quiet location.

And everything was clean, instructions were clear, very spacious. Located close to tons of restaurants and in town. They had cute little soaps and things in the bathroom just like a hotel, towels just for the hot tub. Definitely a recommend!

Nice place just out of town.

Plenty of room at this place! You can take a nap in three different levels. We had a lot of fun on the pinball machine. If there is snow, I recommend an AWD or a 4WD, as the driveway has an incline and those who plow the streets tend to leave a barrier of piled snow at the base of the driveway. All the appliance worked well and the water was nice and warm in the showers. We had to provide our own garbage bags and dishwasher detergent, but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Labor Day Stay

The house was amazing and views were awesome. Had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only bummer was not being able to be outside and have a good laugh with friends. Neighbors complained about noise. Other than that I would come back and stay again. Great location and close enough to restaurants and stores.

Comfortable house in quiet location

we enjoyed our time at this house. The hot tub was ready to go and the deck was lovely for relaxing. Beds were comfortable in the rooms and the house offered a comfy basement with pullout bed that was perfectly fine.

Family trip for daughter’s wedding

Cabin was awesome. Management was great to work with. They accommodated an early check in for us which allowed us the time we needed for our daughter’s wedding activities. Plenty of room. The only problem we had was we did have a handicap person with us and she was not able to climb the stairs at the front. We just swapped her room at the cabin with someone that was staying at the hotel. Just know if you have someone that cant climb stairs you can’t get into the house. We didn’t spend much time there so it was ok.

Wolf Creek Spring Break Trip

We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers for a Spring Break ski trip. Plenty of room for everyone! The drive up to Wolf Creek is about 30-35 minutes from here. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. Just FYI - Verizon cell network was great but those on AT&T struggled with service issues at the home and around town. Overall, no complaints!! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Mountain Home

We had a great experience. Clean, comfortable, everything worked, nice porch, good game room for kids and location wasnt too far from town. Property management team was quick to respond to any questions i had. If we go back to pagosa we will be booking this house.

Great house, cozy, and nice.

Is a good size house, and we had 2 families with 8 total people. Plenty of room. Was in the winter, and tons of snow in Pagosa. Getting into house was a bit sketchy because of snow being plowed up to the garage, so could not get car into garage, and have to climb at least 10-12 (slippery) wooden snow covered steps to get into house front door...not great. Would not have recommended that for older grandparents, etc, as could be hazardous. Hot tub on the large wrap around deck was very nice. House has very cabin- feeling inside and is nicer than the pictures show. Great wifi, entertainment offering, with pingpong in garage, and pinball upstairs. Also, as others have stated, had trouble getting heating situation comfortable as some bedrooms were 10 degrees colder than main/kitchen/living area. Good location, at end of culdesac, and close to everything Pagosa offers.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable and beautiful cabin. The room was plenty for the eight of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. It was a very lovely place to be.
