We loved our stay. Super walkable area. Lots of dining options around the area. We had our dog and they are so super dog friendly, they gave him dog cookies, a roll of potty bags and a toy. Really nice place and great staff.

The hotel sits adjacent to a lovely lake and overlooks Downtown at the Gardens. Both Downtown at the Gardens and the Gardens Mall are within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and talkative, the grounds, the rooms and even the stairwells are clean and well kept up. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious;. The only complaint I had was that at 9AM on 09/29, an irate guest started an argument with the front desk staff, it got very heated, and both sides had raised voices. Other guests walking out of the elevators looked shocked and frightened. The front desk staff should have deescalated the situation, but instead they were argumentative and that made the guest even angrier and prolonged the confrontation. Right or wrong, staff mishandled the entire situation, it went on for far too long, and fostered a bad experience for all the other guests as well.

This was an excellent property! The only issue I encountered was the Expedia listing said electric vehicle charging was available at this site, when, in fact, that is not the case. I asked three staff members and checked myself. I had based a large part of my decision to make a reservation on having an EV charger available. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient.
