Designed by John Elgin Woolf, this little pink palace is one of the only authentic Hollywood Regency villas outside the Los Angeles area. This beautifully renovated home features an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, recessed lighting, plantation shutters, crown moldings, energy efficient windows, and much more. The front and rear patios offer mountain views. The second bedroom is in a separate casita affording you maximum privacy when vacationing with family and others. You are steps away from guest parking and one of 14 community pools & spas. MCC offers an impeccably maintained executive 18 hole golf course with a fully staffed golf shop. The elegant and private mid century club house features both fine and casual dining with extraordinary mountain views. MCC has tennis, pickle ball, croquet, fitness center, bocce ball.
