Nice hotel near downtown amenities.
My room wasn't ready at check-in and delayed for 1 hour but other than that I was happy with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant service was excellent and friendly and we hope to come back again.

It took us almost 1.5 hrs to check in, the don’t have enough concierge to help with the check in and they gave us the right room. Me and my friend booked a 2 queen beds room but we ended up getting a king bed instead. It’s not just us but multiple guests got a wrong room.

The bathroom was not as expected, water was splashing out of the shower since it doesn’t close completely and same thing with the sink. Check in was at 4, my room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The line just to check in took over 30min. Ridiculous

Great deal for the price! This was previously Margaritaville, so family friendly and nice pool areas. We paid an extra $26 to have breakfast included and it was well worth it. The bill was way more than that.

Started off getting wrong kind of room, the room was also very noisy heard the swimming pool open and shut til late hours, the toilet in my room was loose made banging sound. the pool entrace in building 4 where I was didnt work had to walk to building 5 to get in.. I expected more from Riviera

Checkin process took an Hour. Lines long. Only 2 checkin counters open. Then they told us they are overbooked so they can not provide us two Queen beds. Instead they put us to a king suite. They said it has sofa bed. However end up the sofa bed was broken. So we have waited another hour from Engineer come fix it. The whole check in process finally took 3.5 hours.

I arrived the hotel at 4:00pm with my reservation and payments made ahead. I was told the room is not ready and would receive a call when is ready. I waited for two hours for the call but did not receive any call back. Does the cleaning take 2 hours? I also asked for estimate time of when I would be able to check-in but the receptionist said we will call you instead of giving me a time frame. This caused me inconvenience in my travel plans. I went up to the counter saw a line full of people waiting to check-in and I thought someone could help me out since I was already here waiting before the group of people arrived. But I was told to get back in line to talk with the receptionist about my check-in instead of solving my problem. I waited in line and finally talked to the receptionist who casually brushed off and said our system called you but no one pick up. This is not true. I waited for the call and there was no call from the resort. I finally checked in at 7:20pm. How much I paid and how long I was able to rest and use the facilities doesn’t add up.

One of the worst days at a hotel I’ve ever had. Let me start by saying that when you walk in the place still remains beautiful, but don’t be confused because the rooms have gone to crap. We checked in at 2:30 with Alex and he told us the room will not be ready till 4 o’clock, my girlfriend and I decided to go and check out if our tattoo artist would be ready for us early? He was and off we went. 5 o’clock comes by and I have not heard from Alex who told us he would let us know when the room was ready at 4 o’clock , in addition to my girlfriend and I getting tattoos, we were meeting up with two other friends that I had not seen since high school, which is 45+ years earlier. At 5 o’clock I text them to let them know that the room was still not ready and they told me oh no they let us in. We’re in room 4123. What the hell , that is my room, in my name, on my ID and credit card with nobody else’s name permitted or verbal agreement to be permitted into my room that I was not even aware of that was ready. Who does that? Who do you know that you just let into my room? I know that this is not in anywhere And your policy book. When I came back to actually check in at 6 PM the girl looked at me startled because she knew they had let somebody else in the room and I explained the situation and asked to speak to management. Did I ever get to speak to management now , did they ever reach out to speak to me now? Needless to say I was furious the 24 hours that I was there.
