The outside grounds and thermal pools are well maintained. The room was very outdated - carpeting/furniture/ceiling/doors all from the 70's. Price was right!!

The property has potential but is very dated. We knew that when we booked. With a little TLC this can be an amazing place to relax and enjoy the mineral springs amenities. The staff sure made up for some of the property drawbacks - very friendly and hospitality oriented.

Staff at check in were not friendly and don’t care about your concerns. I asked if we can check in a little early (checkin was at 4pm) he said it would be possible if we paid extra but once he realized we booked through a third party , he said no it’s not possible for a early check in. They are not suppose to give us their dirtiest most outdate room because we booked through Expedia, yet they did. Popcorn ceilings and dirty outdated carpet and the bathroom smelled like bleach. I noticed other room closer to main entrance had nice carpet or wood flooring . They knew exactly which room they were going to give us even before we go there . I don’t know how this place has nice reviews .

AWESOME hot tubs - varying in temperature - plus a large unheated pool. So many options!!! Nice grounds - well kept with plenty of lounges and places to relax. I will definitely return - even better in the 'winter'.

Its old. You'd think a place on a hot spring could provide hot water for showering. It runs cold then barely hot. 24hr unsupervised pools translated to drunks. One ugly old man hit on me very aggressively the one time I went out there after sundown. Terrifying! I liked the no room cleaning feature unless requested. Capri restaurant was great for breakfast but the dinner staff failed. I watched every table near me get water etc twice while I was ignored for half an hour. Worst feeling when travelling alone is to feel invisible. I left and went to bed hungry. Walls are paper thin. Party central. Not for me.

Deep clean the sheets and dishes a bit more. Had a burn hole on my blanket and hair on some of my sheets and dishes at the restaurant.Other than that everything is excellent.

Beautiful grounds, but pools are in need of maintenance. Many of the spa jets are broken. Beds are clean & comfortable but the carpeting is in need of deep cleaning. The restaurant (Capri) is very convenient & the food is good.

Older property but kept up. Everything was in working order. For the price we paid we got probably one of the worst on the property farthest from front desk overlooking parking and housekeeping area so I can only assume other rooms are better. But we didn’t stay in the room much so it was ok. Fridge micro and coffeemaker. Hardly any plugs in room for plugging devices- that needs to be changed. Tv had lots of channels but could not view guide and channels did not have labels so we just flipped around. The pools were warm and pretty clean. Advice- bring spa robe or something for when you get out of pool, bring flip flops or water shoes, bring travel essentials the soap etc in the room are very basic. Bring your own sugar and creamer and water for coffeemaker. Had a good stay, not luxurious but nice. Parking fills up fast but I did feel secure. Elevator in the back smelled like urine.
