The beds were creaking n the sofa bed was all springs had to get another rollaway n the worst was the bath soaps got plenty wen asked but didn’t help the thinest possible soap possible in the world n they didn’t have liquid soap was given shampoo conditioner for that 🙄 overall won’t recommend for anyone……

The reason I went to this hotel is for the hot tubs, mineral spring water. When I got there on 11/26 for TG week, two hot tubs were not working. the water was not clean on some hot tubs. Some hot tubs were not tiled and the blue paint was peeling off. it's getting old and they need major renovation. I guess it's ok for it's price. But I'm hesitant to go back.

I enjoyed the 24 hour access to the spas. Good location. I had a facial with Sandra that was very nice. On the other hand, not great soundproofing. Overall I enjoyed my stay though. I will be back.

Horrible bed. Dirty walls, doors and shower. Extremely long walk to room from any part of place. Balcony was questionable for safety. Man at check in was gruff and grumpy. Microwave in room didn't work. Didnt have time to check out any pools, could clearly see at least one was roped off with caution tape. Lots of questionable people out in parking lot area. When leaving encountered people walking down the hall with containers of alcohol openly consuming them this was at 530am. No one at the check out desk . Electrical plugs in room where wore out, plugs wouldnt stay in them.
