Was a good place to stay. Could have had better amenities like shuttles to near by places and attractions and more reasonably priced dinning options. Also could have been cleaner in the common areas, rooms and restaurants. Had many dirty cups and cutlery.

We ended up leaving a day early due to significant noise from a convention taking place in the hotel. Despite staying on the 6th floor, the sound from the main areas was overwhelming, especially during the evening and night, making it difficult for us to get our 2-year-old to sleep and stay asleep. It really impacted our experience and took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. If you're considering staying here, I’d recommend checking with the hotel about any planned events or conventions and requesting a room as far away from the main lobby and elevators as possible. This could help ensure a quieter and more enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff, excellent pool, and beautiful property. The DIY juice bar at breakfast blew my mind, to be honest. I’ve never seen that before. This is a fave of mine and my husband’s. We stay here at least once or twice a summer.

A great hotel for kids with a lot of activities. Very family friendly. The pool was great and fun. The camp for kids had great activities and kept the kids occupied for a good time. The arcade was small but good enough for the kids to enjoy. Our room was a good size with a walk in closet. Although, for being so family friendly, I would have liked a tube rather than standing shower but my kids are older and it worked just fine. The food was descent. We did encounter hiccups such as our room was dirty when we walked in but they quickly moved us to a clean room with better view. We got a carton of soiled milk which was really gross. It was expiring that day so not sure how/what happened with that carton. Also encountered staff that was unwelcoming. But, also staff that was really great like Christina who helped us get a new room at check in! Overall, It was good. I would probably return with the kids cause they had so much fun.
