Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. Awesome!

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. My family (four of us) all slept here comfortably and enjoyed staying in such a nice condo. Check-in and check-out was so easy, and it really helped enhance our stay all together. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time. The property was wonderful. Wish the weather would have cooperated a little more but that’s no one’s fault. My only suggestion for our actual condo would be a couple pizza pans and some actual blankets. There was plenty of sheets just no blankets. Thanks- Joni Sullivan
