Calypso 308W is a perfect unit fand has all the modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and all 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens; and a private balcony illuminating the breath-taking views from both the master suite and main living area.

The living area is spacious with custom furnishings and artwork, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table and wet bar.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.

The master suite is complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and en suite bath. Designed for relaxation, the colors are reflected directly from the panoramic view of the gulf and sand of your private balcony.

We LOVED, LOVED the location!!!!!!! They only thing that I struggled with was that we had to park in tower 3 even though we were in tower 2. I also really didn’t like that we were not allowed to go to tower 3 pool with our baseball family because our condo was in tower 2 even though they were the same condo!!!! That really should change! We wanted to sit with them in the evening and talk but were not allowed since we were in tower 2. Although those two things were not good everything else was Fantastic!!!! We will definitely stay again! We had two 19 year old girls two 14 year old boys with us and they loved it also!!!

The stay was nice and in walking distance to my event. Maintenance had to be call because the air conditioner was not working properly. They came immediately and fix it. The mattress es in the bunk beds need replacing. I was surprised by the increase in the cost of the parking garage especially when the contract said it would be $20.00. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Summer vaca

Great location! Very nice unit! Two complaints… there was no broom in the room! How am I suppose to get up all the sand and the guest bed was not comfortable! But it’s really clean and would definitely stay again!

Great location but not worth the cost

Overall the stay was good mainly because of location outside a couple of cockroaches & a runny toilet that appeared to have been running before we got there. I did not report as I feel the cleaning person or whomever checks the condo out before arrival should have noticed it. The floor didn’t seem clean. I realize there will be sand in the condo but the floor had grits of sand upon arrival throughout. Stepped on a cockroach barefoot in the middle of the night walking to the bathroom. The next morning there was another roach at the sliding door to the balcony. Furniture seemed worn.

Great Vacation

We have stayed at the Calypso many times. This room is in the best location in the building. We were able to use the stairs instead of the elevator and parking is easy access with the 3rd floor walkway. We will repeat.

Very nice unit with great amenities and perfect location.

The location is fabulous. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is great, nice main bedroom. Baths and kitchen were clean. The pools and bar area were nice and the beach and sunsets were perfect. Having a free chair rental is a huge plus, as the company managing the rentals were definitely monitoring things pretty strictly. Being on the 3rd floor and not having to wait on elevators is a definite perk also. Common areas of the building, halls and stairwells, were a little dirty and worn, but I think that is pretty common at most places. Bottom line, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location

Location was great however most of the tvs didn't work, mold around air ducts, tile floor was all broken up with a door mat thrown over it. Pool pump was right under the room and very loud. Shower/Tub took hours to drain so it was always full of soap scum. I call the 1st night to report the TV issue and was told someone would call the next day but never received a call. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal.

Panama City West Beach Oceanfront

Condo was clean, beautiful, and in a perfect location. Be aware that you need to have access code and download the QR Code for the Parking Garage across the Street that you can access via the Skybridge. The onsite parking is for owners and you will not get any assistance from Warren Beach Rentals as this is a VRBO unit. Also be aware that PCB is growing like crazy so consider booking during the off season and avoid the crazy Front Beach and PCB Parkway traffic. Also DO NOT drive a golf cart on PCB Parkway , Only drive where you can see the ocean and you will have a fabulous trip in a very upscale area located directly across the street from Pier Park shopping center that has tons of restaurants, bars, and retail shops that are walkable. Also be sure to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, laundry detergent, spices, coffee, and filters as these were either not available or in very short supply.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great vacation! The condo, location and facility were perfect. Warren Beach Rentals made the rental process so easy and promptly answered any of my questions. We had zero stress and 100% relaxation, what a vacation should be!

The property management was great. Always got a quick response to any questions I had. No one checked out the day we arrived so we got an early check in and no one was scheduled to come in the day we left so we got a late check out. Checking in was a breeze. Just went straight to the condo. The condo was completely clean and well stocked. The third floor was great because we could take the stairs if the elevators were crowded. The property was very clean (even smelled really good in breezeways and stairwells) we had two teenagers so being close to Pier Park was great. I would definitely recommend this unit and working with Warren Property Management!
