ECDI is giving Gulf Crest a bad name! We love staying at Gulf Crest but will ALWAYS rent directly from them from now on. Do not EVER use ECDI! This review is not based on a one time experience. Filthy, everything broken, had to clean and repair before we could unpack. No reimbursement for purchases made for repairs. Would not reply to us after sending multiple photos and emails. They did reply the day after we arrived but we had already cleaned and fixed most items because we could not use condo as it was. After that, as we found more issues, they never would respond to us or offer reimbursements. Examples, shower doors broken, tub surround completely kicked in and separated from walls, toilet seat broken in half, hot water turned off in bathroom, counters still had food and drink crumbs and spills, cups of leftover drinks sitting in kitchen, trash on floor, remote didn’t work, multiple light switches not working, bulbs out, couch ripped with stuffing hanging out, etc….. they did bring us a new toilet seat. Last years stay was even worse. We tried to give another chance but obviously this is how they operate. Lesson learned, NEVER again. Owners need to be made aware of this management co.
