This condo is outstanding, and the owners were very responsive and checked in with us several times before and during our stay to ensure our needs were being met and taken care of. Cleanliness was top-notch, the location was perfect for us (its located _just_ outside the heavy traffic of PCB, but close enough to visit the Pier shops and other attractions). The two pools and hot tubs of the condo (one located across the street, but easily accessible) were a hit, and its location right on the beach with reserved chairs was outstanding. The condo was very well equipped and very comfortable and a great lay out of bedrooms. There was a maintenance issue with one of the three elevators on check-in day that was a bear to deal with, but we didn't let it ruin the rest of our vacation. We would book this place again in an instant.

Property is perfect for adult couples looking to unwind and relax. The views are amazing - we saw dolphins, stingrays and schools of fish every day! The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect … seems to be on the quieter end of town which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful room with many updated features!
Upon entering the room, you could smell the cleanliness (which is always a great start)! After you step into the kitchen you can see the never ending views of the ocean which is immaculate! I loved seeing the super moon from this balcony! The unit offered plenty of space and privacy for our party of 6. It was a pleasant surprise to see sand toys, a boogie board, beach towels, and a few floats on the balcony for us to enjoy during our stay! The beds slept very comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows if needed! The unit had plenty of dishes, and pots and pans to use! We loved the added touch of having a Keurig in the room, as well as updated appliances! The room is situated on the end which was very quiet, as minimal foot traffic was ever down on the end. The owner was excellent with communication and checked on us several times during our stay! The only suggestions that I have for future guests is that the main bathroom, the light has a dimmer switch beside it, and our bathroom was very dim during our stay ( we didn’t find this until checkout ). As many guests stated during our stay the Celadon only has 3 elevators and one was down frequently. I reminded people that the view and the complex is so nice that with 23 floors you could have 5 elevators and it could take time to check in and out! Other than checking in and out our wait times were very short, so this wasn’t an issue for us! We stumbled across a great donut and breakfast place called Thomas Donuts and Snack Shop I highly recommend it! We had a great week at this resorts with the exception of the rain and June grass!

The condo is very nice; Kendall the property mgr was great. A couple of issues; there are 3 elevators servicing 23 floors and most of the time 1 or 2 of 3 were out of service. People were NOT happy. Also, the unit that we stayed in - #1801 there was an extremely loud rattling/scraping metal noise that kept us awake at night - there is a broken rung on the balcony that reverberates with the wind around the metal railings of the whole balcony. Location is decent although we preferred areas closer to Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys, Greyton.

Overall a Great Condo
The view was spectacular! The unit was clean and well kept. It was spacious and well decorated. The condo itself is the last high rise on the west end of PCB and the beach was beautiful and uncrowded. However, only one pool was open during much of our stay and for a day and a half only one elevator was operational which created LONG wait times. With that said, I would gladly stay here again as it fit our needs perfectly. The property manager was very nice and checked in by text throughout our stay. Overall a great experience and many good memories were made.
