*** Important Information About AC Operation***
The Owner has asked that guests keep the air conditioner temperature setting between 71°F to 75°F. to avoid mold and mildew. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range.
In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

Elevators are extremely slow.
Overall the resort and room were very nice and clean. The wait to get on and off the elevators was ridiculous. Won’t be returning only for the fact of the slow elevators and wasting so much of the trip waiting on them or having to take 11 flights of stairs with beach accessories and etc everytime we left the room.

Our room was nice. The temperature although not happy about not being able to control the temperature the elevators plainly suck, and I wasted too much of my vacation waiting, and will not return. Even though u know u have a wait for the elevators we waited over one hour for an elevator one morning. Would not return to This resort

Elevators are terrible
We were on the 11th floor and we had to make that trip up the stairs a couple of times. The condo was great couldn’t ask for a better place to stay except for the elevators. You would think with all the sets of elevators it would be an easy process but it was not. We waited a crazy amount of time to get on the elevator. I’m glad we wasn’t any higher that 11 floors I could only imagine climbing more stairs.

Family Fourth of July vacation
This condo was perfect!! Everything inside was great. The beds were comfy, there were extra towels, and the a/c control didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend bringing extra beach toys and chairs as all they had were two chairs and an umbrella. Couple of downsides were the elevators at the resort, they were ridiculously slow and being on the 11th floor with two small children made the stairs impossible. Some guests did say it was because of the holiday but others said they were always this slow. The resort had fabulous amenities from the three pools, Starbucks/market store downstairs, poolside bar, and restaurant on site. We had a great vacation, thank you for your hospitality!

The place was very nice and looked like the pictures, comfortable, and well thought out. Spacious and accomadating. Extra's like a blender, good nonstick pans, and books to borrow. Dishwasher, washer, and dryer were all really good! We fixed the stove handle. The closet doors and keurig need attention. Was surprised of how dirty the floors were, socks black first night. We paid a cleaning fee, surely others did also....? Elavators are horrible during peak times and sadly slow at other times but we managed.

Awesome family stay however the elevators are unreal, we lost power for a bit and the a/c sucked.
When calling maintenance they say we will call back and never do, the a/c was not working properly. Will not be staying here again.

Super cute for a small family with little ones.
The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed . The condo itself was smaller than expected . It is one of the smaller condos of the building and I was not expecting that . The bunk bed room is very small , our two teenagers ended up on the sleeper sofa . Also , the door the bathroom connected to the bunk room only opened maybe 40% of the way . I really liked the super heavy doors with having a littler one with us , I didn’t have to worry about her trying to sneak out on the balcony . The living room balcony door’s lock worked , but the one in the master bedroom did not . We had zero control over the thermostat and learned if any door is not fully shut for more that 5 minutes , the AC will shut off . Overall , very cozy , just not big enough for my family .

Overall we enjoyed our stay and location. Loved the view from the balcony, easy check in, no issues with the elevators as mentioned in other reviews. It should be noted that the owner locks the AC at 75 degrees and you cannot turn it down. Too warm for our preference, especially given the humid climate. We reached out to the rental company and we’re told they would contact the owner and see if he would lower the temp or unlock the ac but never heard back. I sent a message to the owner on here as well and never heard back. Luckily it was not super hot outside for early May so it was bearable. Just wish we knew before we booked.

Sheets and towels were faded and old, hard to tell if cleaned. Thermostat could not be changed and although set to 73, never made it above 71. Unit consistently ran out of hot water. Master bedroom mattress is uneven. Faded patio furniture pillows make it hard to determine it they are clean. Coffee pot is outdated and recommend a updated keurig unit for such a small unit. Unit tile floors in the living room are uneven and a trip hazard.

The condo was very clean, it was refreshing to feel safe. The reviews about the elevator are true however that has nothing to do with this condo. The owner was great and very attentive. We did go during spring break so that could be why it was so busy and elevators had long wait times. It was nice the bunk buds had their own doors to close.

We loved our condo. It was so clean and welcoming. Other reviews about the elevators had us a little worried. But going in late Aug we didn’t have a problem with elevators even if some were being worked on. Having the access bracelets were super convenient.

Condo itself was awesome.
The condo we stayed it was beautiful. Clean, and quite. I’m only writing this review because of the ELEVATORS in the building. The elevators were terrible. You had wait 10 mins or more… there were times that all the elevators in a 30 story building were down completely leaving everyone having to walk up stairs. I don’t care about walking up stairs, but coming from the beach and having to lug everything up the stairs was not the best.

Spectacular Beach! Slow elevators or out of service
The unit was very clean, pics were exactly as pictured and described. This unit was also updated and very cozy. We really liked the ocean view and balcony setting. We liked the place enough to extend our stay two more nights. I do have a couple of suggestions to improve someone's next stay or ours! 1. Beach chairs should be included, this was such a hassle. We did end up paying for three days, one of those days was a total wash out, though it didn't rain, the area closed down. 2. Elevators were super slow, or out of order, this was very annoying. More should be done to elevate the experience for all guests. 3. When I tried to reach out to the manager before booking, the toll free number rep told me that they were unavailable and would get a message to them for me; though some of my questions were answered I wanted to speak to them directly as this was our first time using this service. 4. When I booked the additional nights (we were thinking of going to another location to experience another part of Florida) the rep told us they would get us more paper products and dishwasher soap. That didn't happen and sure was not fault of the rep, she was very helpful. We ended up buying our own. 5. When we renewed the stayed, no one told us the wrist bands had to be updated, that was an inconvenience as others were checking in and took 20 minutes for them to process the update to the wristbands. 6. Check out was very easy, dropped the wrist bands in the lockbox and left the unit. 7. The young lady who helped me print the new credit card authorization was wonderful at your office! 8. The cleaning crew you use did a great job, simply spotless. 9. I would recommend replacing the mattress, it was a little lumpy. 10. I would check the speakers on the tvs or replace them. 11. Appreciate the owners opening up their home. Thanks and please email me with any questions.

Everything was as expected, the only complaint was the elevators took so long to get to you and then they were full, sometimes waiting 3 times. And one other thing is they have too many rental chairs so there is not much beach room left for the people that have their own.
