The dining area has a table with 2 chairs. The efficiency kitchen has a sink, a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and tableware.

Origin at seahaven resort in located across the street from the beautiful emerald Ocean. It has easy access to the beautiful white beaches directly across the street. The building has 4 elevators, covered parking, fitness room, poolside grilling, arcade, on-site laundry room, a huge heated zero edge swimming pool and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, and an in-house movie theater. It is minutes away from pier park - a 900,000 square feet family entertainment complex with shopping, dining, amusement park. It's walking distance to Gulf World Marine Park, a short walk to many golf courses, putt-putt golf, jet ski rentals, fishing, boating, sailing and lots of other great vacation activities!

The condo was in a great location. It however does not sleep 4 comfortably. There’s a pullout couch that you could not sleep comfortably on. We brought an air mattress just in case for this reason. The king bed is comfortable. condo was mostly clean. I would stay at origins again but only 2 people need to stay in this condo

Great Vacation

Great getaway for two. Plenty to eat within a 10 minute walking distance which was nice not having to find parking during dinner time. Room was clean and neat. Never had any problems arise.

Convenient to restaurants, fun for the kiddos, beach access, etc. It was definitely what we needed when we needed it. If you like to cook on vacation, the kitchenette is small so not much cooking to be done 🤗

Fall Break

Fall break for me and my children. It was a wonderful little getaway to the beach. A lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. The property and room was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and close to shopping areas, fast food, and a 2-3min walk to the beach! The room was spotless! The building was secured by staff, super quiet, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the beach and very well kept. Just take screenshots of the access and parking codes because vrbo has them in a ton of different places. If you're staying for longer than 3 days/have long hair, bring a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and bring small bills or quarters for the washer and dryer. All in all, this was a really great spot for 1 or 2 people - we stayed for about 5 days, and it was perfect. Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay - it made our vacation easy and relaxing!

We will be back as we loved the price and where it was located. Only a few things was weird as tub drain was slow draining. But that’s the only thing the beach was beautiful. Hope to stay again soon!

Great place!

This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. It is right across the street from the beach which was awesome. Beach access is directly across from the lobby, so it was a very short walk. The king bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. Condo was clean and exactly what we needed. Make sure you note that it does not have a full sized fridge/freezer. It’s listed and photographed accurately; we just forgot and were surprised, but we were able to make it work. I would definitely stay here again!
