Best part of my trip was the view of the ocean. I was there for 6 days. 1st room we had bed was broken so we had to be moved to another room. Got in there it was worst than the 1st room. Next morning I asked the cleaning people multiple time will they come inside to clean room I was told there not like other hotels they do not come clean or take trash out until 4 days of stay. So I went to front desk to ask for a manager and was told I have to request for my room to be cleaned so I did everyday no one came the clean the room I had to keep going down stairs to get towels after I leave the room for that day. I stayed bc of what I had to do there in Panama but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

It was a nice stay, very nice for the price. Definitely a bit dated and a few quirks from being an older property but was a very enjoyable stay and very friendly staff

The location was perfect. Great sunset views off balcony. The pool was great and warm for this time of year. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Our room on the other hand was disgusting. We did not take our shoes off the entire stay. The one heat unit did not heat the room. We made the best of it but I can’t say that we would stay again unfortunately.

Think was given a room that was not one of their prime nice rooms the room I was in needed work missing a drawer no cooking utensils pots and pans etc crack tile water not coming out of the shower head very well one of the air units did not work

Horrible condition. Bathroom had mold on ceiling and sink. Rust on all doors. Paint peeling from walls and ceiling. Beds very uncomfortable. Construction going on and very inconvenient.Chair on balcony was broken and room had a mildew smell. Nice staff. Charged a “damage deposit”. Pool in good condition and public beach access.

The property is located by the sea which is nice however the room we stayed in was very outdated. There were so many little things that can interfere with your vacation. I went with a friend who constantly stays at the hotel and said this is the worst room at the resort. The check in process was easy and the staff I interacted with were pleasant

So we got there and they wanted another $100 for a deposit that was never mentioned til we got there. So we paid $350 for the weekend, another $100 when we got there, then they took out another $32 when we checked out. The door to our balcony, the hinge on it was broken, the toilet was cracked, the floors were so dirty. I walk from our bed to our balcony with no socks or shoes and there was dirt all over my feet, like they haven’t vacuumed in forever. The showers outside to rinse off after the beach, were broken. The pool was nasty. Full of nothing but sand and dirt. The lobby bathrooms were all out of order. There was staff everywhere but we never seen anyone doing anything. Literally. We would leave and come back 10-15 minutes later and they’d be in the same spot. They would be standing there on their phone or talking. The driveways have no concrete it’s nothing but slick dirt and it was bike week and we were on a bike. Seen several almost go down because of it. A little heads up on that would have been nice. I would not stay here again.
