When we walked in, the place was beautiful. We were greeted with a smile and a hello. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. When we got to our room, it was very clean and a little message was on the TV. Nice touch! We had dinner in their on-site restaurant and the food was amazing, down to the iced tea. Every single person that we ran into that worked there was so friendly!! I will be coming back.

I booked via expedia and the trainee at the front desk charged me a separate charge and not my expedia charge. I immediately caught it and the other girl at rhw front desk said she fixed it. I asked for a recwipt rhw next morning and the gentleman was not pleasant and was unable to give me a receipt. The room was nice and very clean.

It was okay

The staff was amazing and very friendly. However, my bedding was not clean. There were brown and white specks in the bed. They looked liked mini chips…as well as pubic hair. I was so disgusted. There was blood spots on the bedding and pillow case. Initially when I went to sleep, I did not see it but I woke because it felt as though something was chewing on my ankle. So, when I pulled the bedsheets back that’s when I saw all those items on the sheets. I informed the front desk and they advised that they would inform the cleaning staff.

Perfect for those late or early flights out of ECP

It's the only hotel near Panama City Beach Airport (ECP), so it was just perfect for us. Beds were the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, as most hotels have overly-soft mattresses, and these were perfectly firmer, just the way I like it. Not sure how old this hotel is, but the whole thing seemed brand new. Airport shuttle was absolutely perfect. Totally recommend.
