Summer trip.
The house was great. Everything we needed was provided, whether cooking or going to the beach. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to be comfortable. Stacey was great with communicating and checking in to make sure we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay again.

As always, I can't say enough about the Hostess (Stacey). She is always on point, and only a text away. The house is so fresh & clean, and has just about anything you would need for your trip at the beach...including beach towels, beach chairs, and even the wagon to pack everything in for your trip to the BEACH. My family & i loved this house! We were able to walk to the private beach & see the ocean from the rooftop deck! The host was super easy to get in touch with & very nice. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s & this is the only one that has had nice pots & pans because I do cook breakfast on vacation.

Spring Break
We were one adult with 5 teenagers and one 12 year old. We had planned to bring our dog, which would have been great, but he wanted to stay home. The house was wonderful and located very close to the beach, convenient for returning for lunch. We have overcast several days but there was plenty to do within walking distance. The owner was very attentive and responded to messages very quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and when we return to Panama City Beach, we will definitely try to return to this house.

The house was very cute, and felt like a real home. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. A 2 minute walk takes you to your private beach access. Stacey was a great host, and I have no problem recommending her property.

Family Vacation
We loved this property for our family vacation. The communication with Stacey was amazing! She answers all of our questions in a timely manner. The location was close to restaurants and a short walk to the Private Beach. The house had plenty of room and was well stocked. The neighborhood was great for walking our fur babies during our stay. We are looking forward to returning.

Do not recommend.
Overall not a good experience. House was not very clean...needs a good, deep cleaning. Had to go through the house and clean/sanitize upon arrival...not sure if Covid precautions are being taken. Entirely too many broken items/fixtures to list. No beach towels or blow dryer as mentioned. Only 2 wash cloths for entire house. Twin beds are incredibly uncomfortable as are the couches. Not enough seating for a home that sleeps 8-10. Would not recommend this property.
