We waited 30 minutes to check in, only one person working. Asked for room away from elevators, she said for sure our room was. It wasn't, in fact. it shared a wall with an elevator. In room, door to balcony wasn't sealed and extremely old and dirty. Entire room was old and unkept. This was an ajacent room but handle to room next to us was literally falling off. I told the receptionist about these problems and she said this was the class of room I purchased. Also, your site said parking on site but their garage was damaged and blocked off and we were told we could park in the Ramada or a restaurant parking lot across street.All windows in lobby and room were very dirty. We believe they took a good hit from a hurricane and didn't do much to fix it. My husband and I left, there was no way we would have stayed in this place. Very upset with your promotion of this place.

My wife and I have stayed here so many times and always loved it when Laverne and her crew worked there. The last several times we've stayed we've noticed it has gone way downhill. The rooms aren't as clean, every time you go out on the balcony no matter what floor you're on it smells like marijuana everywhere. The trash cans by the elevators are overflowing with trash and the weight to check in and check out is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention being embarrassed in front of people while the clerk tells me my card is no good when it's a business card with over $100,000 on it. The third time she ran it it finally went through but I noticed that the fellow that was in front of me had to do the same thing she had to run it three times for him as well on his card. Seriously doubt we'll stay at the Radisson in Panama City Beach ever again

Don’t do it!
Not a place for kids or an enjoyable get away. The property is in very poor condition and parking is a major issue with limited/ extremely tight spots. We witnessed families requesting refunds. The more you look around, the worse it is. Photos must be from 20 years ago.

Our stay there was everything . We checked n late and the first room had sone dirty dishes and the shower was in need of cleaning . I went back to the front desk and Taneisha (May not be spelled correctly ) was on duty to check us on and when I told her the issues she immediately said I am sorry I can get you another room and she did however there was still a problem with the shower that needed attention she immediately sent someone up to clean it we enjoyed our stay and plan to return as we ate in the restaurant and it was really good just what Taneisha said about it . We will return again . Keep smiling Taneisha and giving your best we appreciated your prompt attention and please manager give her our best .

The staff were very kind and helpful and the location couldn’t be better. However, the condition of the property is very poor. The room we stayed in had scuff marks on the walls, scrapes across the flooring, chunks of plaster missing from the ceiling, and overall just very worn out. It looked like someone had been body slamming appliances around the place. The faucet in the bathroom was totally broken to the point where when we tried to lift the handle it just wobbled over to the side- so it was unusable. Luckily the kitchenette sink was right outside of the bathroom. The pullout sofa bed was really stained and gross so we just folded it up and didn’t use it. There were also stains on our bed sheets. Thankfully we just stayed one night. The property itself has definitely seen better days.

I was lied to with hidden fees of up to $140.00. The room had roaches and from desk especially shasa suck. Very rude. I've stayed here numerous times and will not book this hotel again. Thanks ro Shasa not listening. I have photos and proof of no resort which sufficed a $37 fee. We were robbed by the radiasson.

Beautiful View and Amazing Staff
I checked in with my son to spend Christmas Eve with my middle daughter and oldest daughter along with their families, and it was centrally located and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Pier Park. The staff was amazing and the wonderful front desk agent that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, however, I can not remember her name, but I think it was Telesha or something similar, she was working around 4:30-5:00 pm Christmas Eve and was working at the time I checked out around 11:00 a.m. Christmas Day, but I cannot stress enough how pleasant and welcoming she was to me and my son. I highly recommend scheduling your next visit with this hotel.

Great view, comfy bed
I was in a room with a kitchenette so I had plenty of space, but the kitchen had minimal cooking pots/pans. I went out and bought a cheap frying pan to fit my needs. No dish soap or other cleaning supplies. I brought my own. The room was very comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay.
