Someone tried to break in our room on Sunday night of our stay . If we hadn’t had the chain across , he would have ended up our room. What is the purpose of the key pad? Also they were down to one working elevator on Memorial Day . There is 15 floors with probably over 1500 people staying there. There were people screaming and yelling all hours of the night . The shower had mold in it .

Not to happy

Had made the Summit my go to for vacation until this trip. Hap to pay for parking pass, visitors had trouble by guard letting they have a day pass and room was not totally clean. Floors were NASTY, The unopened toilet paper was wet. Unsure if I will stay at The Summit. I come to PCB 2 times a year due to having grandchildren living there.

The fact that the property was right off the ocean was the best part. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. It was also really close to everything you need. Lots of entertainment, shopping and 15 minutes to St. Andrews park and the pier. Was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The floors were dirty, the bathroom facilities were old and missing grout in the shower, the appliances are out of date also. The elevator rarely worked and taking 10 flights of stairs wasn't fun. They say there's a gym, but when we were there in May 2021 we were told there was a fire in Nov 2020 and they weren't even starting renovations.

Our property was very outdated with old dirty furniture. The elevators were horrible . They very seldom worked and we had to walk to the 10 th floor several times. The kitchen was very nice but there wasn’t many kitchen utensils available. We would not stay there again and it was crazy overpriced!

Elevator Problems

The condo was clean and comfortable.The lady that checked us in forgot to give us the code to get in the room, but the Maintenance guy was very nice to us and let us in our room and contacted the lady to get her to text us the code. The only other problem was that the elevators on our side of the building weren't working. This caused a lot of traffic at the ones that were working, and they were noisy and didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me.

The Summitt is an older condo and the price reflects that. There are 4 elevators and only one was working!! I understand accidents happen, but for 3 to be down at once is definatly a lack of maintenance issue. The room was older and could use some sprucing up as well. The couch and dining chairs were heavily stained. We had a leak from the floor above that again was a poor maintenance issue. The front desk lady, the price and proximity to the beach are the only real pluses I can offer.

Dirty, bugs.

Heavy Coffee table falling apart. Could really hurt someone if fell. Door falling apart. Stains all over furniture. Floors turn your feet black instantly. Just plain DIRTY! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

The only thing good about this property is the bartender at Bikini Bob's. The room was terrible, disgusting, had bugs, very dirty, lights were burnt out, TV didn't work. The rest of the property was also a disappointment. The elevators are sketchy, under construction (as they have been for months and months), hallways are dirty, elevator was dirty and slow. The room next to us had construction going on so the noise was awful. I have stayed here multiple times but don't plan on another. I'm guessing the reason for all the bugs is that they are working on so many rooms and leave the doors constantly open. I did contact via the app and ask for maintenance to come for the bugs and other issues with our room but never received one single response. And we were there for 5 days (unfortunately).

I liked that it was on the beach. The property was under repair so some of the amenities were no available. But soon as the repairs are now the place will be great.

Great location

Location is excellent right on the beach. Balcony if you was amazing. Pull out sofa had no blanket and several phone calls and trips down the road to the office, finally three days later got the blanket. Check in was a nightmare. Confusion between that on location hotel desk and down the road check in. This process definitely needs some tweaking! Also, be aware of added fees! Jacks up the price quite a bit!

The facilities weren’t clean or updated. Our room was absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t walk barefoot without our feet being covered in red/brown dirt. The comforters and couch/other furniture had stains all over them, so we had to lay on blankets that we brought. The staff members were very rude and dismissive. Had to go to 3 different locations to check in. We had to purchase a parking pass to be on the premises. Since we did not budget for this, it messed some things up money wise.

it was an older condo. The appliances were new except for the coffee maker, but it worked okay. The place was clean with a fantastic view of the beach. I didn't like having to go to an alternate location for check-in.

What you see is what you get - and that's not bad

You get exactly what you pay for - and should expect from a hotel affectionately called the Scummit by locals. It's efficient and has everything you need, but really nothing more. Location is absolutely excellent - right on the water and walking distance to two of the best bars in town: Newbys and Spinnakers. Perfect place for spring breakers and well laid out for families or a girls trip. If you're expecting a fancy resort, try some place else. If you're looking for efficient and economical, the Summit is for you.
