We stayed at Hotel Opera for 4 nights during the Olympics. The price varied due to the bookings being staggered as our itinerary changed but the hotel accommodated these changes so that we could remain in the same room. We found the hotel staff to be approachable and helpful. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and we found a large number of good places to eat within a few minutes, one that was recommended to us, Cafe de l'Eglise served us great food and is in a lovely location, definitely worth a visit! The hotel has a nice lobby where we had a drink on returning one day, and our hotel room itself was comfortable, with good air conditioning and suited our needs. We took breakfast at the hotel each morning which was simple but good, and allowed us to get away early each day. Only slight negative was that we didn't have hand soap for the bathroom so we just used the provided shower gel from the shower

I enjoyed my stay at the Le 9 hotel. The hotel is located near many restaurants and metro stations. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the rooms were clean.

This is a great hotel accessible to many sites in Paris by foot, but also excellent Metro connections. Many great bars and restaurants. Hotel recently has had a glow-up and looks very nice. Tons of character here.

Small room but bed and pillows are incredibly soft. Perfect for a weekend in Paris. Great location near Rue Cadet, which has plenty of dining options. Very friendly staff.

This place is fantastic!
What an amazing place to stay. Recently travelled here for a long weekend with my girlfriend, the staff (Salma) were so kind and friendly, the room was great, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, great bathroom, really good location for travelers, lots of nice bars / restaurants on the door step easy access to public transport We would 100% stay here again… also great value

A lovely little modern hotel, everything was wonderful. The rooms are short height wise, I would say if you’ve above 6 foot you’ll need to duck your head in the shower and doors.. besides that it’s highly recommended.

Do not stay if you want to sleep
Way too loud. No response from management. Room appeared to be recently refurbished. The main issue as noted by others is the you can hear the Metro from four stories above the line. Good luck getting any sleep.

Hôtel room was very small, we did not have hot water for almost 2 days. When talking to the staff- they did not respond only that there was “tech difficulties” the bed was hard as a rock. Do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms and bathroom are very small, shower was tiny. Bathroom was dirty. Thermostat in the room was just for show, didn’t actually work(so you do not get any ac) Staff was not very friendly upon check in/ checkout and the breakfast was not worth the cost. There is transit within a 5 minute walk though and very good restaurants within 5-20 min walk
