Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to get tickets for the Louvre, and couldn’t get it to work on my computer. The guy at the front desk took care of making the reservation and printed out our tickets. They were great! Breakfast was delicious, and cleaning staff was super friendly.

A good, friendly and inexpensive hotel in Paris
The staff at the front desk were the best. They were so helpful and kind. I can remember some of the names; Lucie, Anaelle, Massi, Victoria etc... Nothing was too much trouble for them. They insisted on showing us how to take a bus so that we do not spend too much money taking taxis. The hotel also provided free drinks daily in our room, plus a free bar near the reception area from 2.00pm. The free bar has food such as a daily fresh pie, nuts, cookies, apples, etc..plus tea, coffee and cold drinks. It is a very generous hotel. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Paris. The location is also great, with many restaurants on the same street, and Gallery Lafayette, Opera Garnier a few minutes walking distance.

Hôtel Austria Opéra in Paris is a delightful find, especially with its cozy, newly renovated rooms that offer a charming courtyard view from the 6th floor. The location is ideal for shopping enthusiasts, as it's just a short stroll away from Galeries Lafayette and a quick walk to the Lindt chocolate store. The area is also bustling with plenty of Parisian cafés, perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere. Nathaniel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The hotel staff were really lovely and the hotel itself was just really nice overall. The little extras like complimentary mini bar, afternoon snacks, and macarons at check-in were added bonuses! The bed was very comfortable too and the shower was amazing. Fantastic water pressure!
