Charming hotel in great location
Great location. Super helpful staff. Charming hotel. Good breakfast. Rooms are small (typical in Paris) but functional. Only downside was the lack of sound proofing between rooms. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, street and our neighbours room. However, we would still stay there again.

I have booked this Hotel on Sep 25th, 2024 for Nov 21, 2024 stay, and paid in full through Expedia TD website. On Nov 21, 2024, due to the Paris snow, I was stuck in the train, and I still messaged and confirmed with the Hotel multiple times on that day that I will check in late by or before midnight. Finally, when I got to the hotel around 10:30 PM, the front desk just simply told me “The room get cancelled due to some room issues, refund you the money”. No explanation, no help and just literally push me to the street. I travel solo and first time get to Paris on this extreme weather condition, without any prior notification on this cancellation and kicked me out in the mid of night. This is a most terrible experience in my life, and this is unacceptable and unethical behavior especially in hospitality industry. I complained once I back to Canada, all they just simply say refund you the money. Of course, you need to refund my money because I didn’t even stay in that hotel, but how about the amount of stress and time I waste there. I am warning any future traveler (especially solo female traveler) here, please be cautious this hotel, it would put yourself into a very very risky situation, I hope this experience wont’ ever never happen to any other traveler again.

Excellent location-near everything! Nice staff, clean place. Very very small room and elevator. A little inconvenient because of that or else it would get all five stars. Def recommend this place!

It was a horrible experience, I didn't sleep the room was noisy, there's water dripping the while night, staffs are not helpful and not accommodating, bathroom is very small, there's dripping of water all the time how can you sleep? I should get my money back as it was not worth of stay, it ruined my stay in Paris!

Great location to Lourve and Notre Dame. Very close to public transport. Lovely hotel, with very quaint facilities. Very friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. Would stay again :)

Front desk staff was excellent as was our Petit Dejeuner. Room was small as expected in Paris but bed was comfortable. Towels didn’t smell fresh and liquid bath soap in shower was watered down so much it didn’t foam. Overall we had a good stay and service, breakfast and central location was great. History of museum as explained by front desk was fascinating!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay! I cannot thank the young man at the front desk enough for helping my in-laws coordinate the delivery for their lost luggage! The boutique hotel is extremely charming and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. There is a metro stop just around the corner, with shopping and dining very close. The breakfast was 14 euro a person, with a relatively small but adequate selection. We loved the location of the hotel, as it was walkable to many sites. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Nice friendly hotel very well located and amazing staff. However, rooms and bathrooms are tiny; there is also and issue with the the water system; when you are taking a shower and someone is doing the same, or flushing, you are in for a cold slow shower

We recommend this hotel to first time visiting Paris. Everyone here is very friendly, professional, and super helpful. Breakfast are always good. Because it is Paris, so the room is not very spacious. However, it is very cozy, clean, and comfortable bed that made us rested well. There are tons of eateries and shops around, as well as metro/bus line. We will stay here again when come back next time.
