The front desk staff were amazing. I got sick after being there for the Olympics, and the women offered me tea & honey, even soup to help me feel better. I don't remember their names, but they were amazing. Even the cleaning lady was friendly & always provided towels, soap, whatever I needed even though I didn't speak French. I would def stay here again. Thank you everyone😊

Unfortunately the Hotel is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star hotel. We stayed in the triple room and it was not one of the newly renovated room. The furnitures were old and warn out, bathroom was terrible. Luckily the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the location was very good and hotel is in a Cul-de-sac so there was no outside noise. The Hotel needs renovation and one can find better 3 or 4 star hotels around Paris with more standard amenities. We will not stay there again.

It is ok hotel
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Behind toilet seat was not cleaned in my room. Any lifts were not working when I left the hotel, so i had to use stairs when i have heavy bag. It would be better if they had more choice in breakfast as it was very basic buffet.

The breakfast was amazing- highly recommend. The only problem with our stay was that the shower was not enclosed so very often the water would leak out from the shower and we the floor. I also didn’t like the smell that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. Otherwise, I loved the location of our hotel - it is very convenient to get to and from places. Lots of great places to eat and our place was lucky to be by two close supermarkets. Staff was very friendly.

Good location, if you’re looking for a fancy hotel (given its 4 stars and priced that way) it really isn’t.. But then again Paris is extremely overpriced, so for the city it isnt the worst

I stayed here 3 nights. The hotel was great and I would like to say that all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially Corrinne who was super friendly to us and gave us great recommendations! The hotel was also fairly quiet and never heard any early morning cleaners etc which is great. It is located right near a bakery and local convenience store within less than 25 metres away as well as restaurants and bars!

I liked my over all stay at the Le Cardinal. The staff were kind, friendly and helped me with my all of my concerns. The hotel is near metro and it was so convenient to commute. I also liked that there were variety of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. My only wish was that the shower had a sliding door instead. :)
