Dear Ilirida, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay in our hotel. We are sorry that you kept a bad image of our hotel and our staff. This is not what we would like to offer to our guest. As you can read on all our websites, check in time information is clearly written from 3pm. If a guest arrives earlier we cannot guarantee a room since check out is at noon. If somebody is still in the room we cannot put the guest out before noon, especially if a guest leave late as you also did 3 hours after check out time. Also, no parking place is mentionned in our hotel. We hope to have you here once again and try to change your mind about our service. Kind regards,
