Uncomfortable room, good location
A very, very small room, even by Parisian standards. Our bed was too small for two average sized people. The carpet smelled and needed replacing (or removal), and the bathroom was tiny. The receptionist was very nice. Location was good. Breakfast was average. The usual bread you get everywhere in Paris.

This hotel is a gem! It’s quaint and beautiful, and it’s located 1 block from the metro. A peaceful retreat away from the noise but still so many really nice food options all around. We were placed on the 2nd floor (which is really the 3rd floor) and they gave us a gorgeous street view! Our window swung open and it was magic below. Also the rain at night was a delight beckoning up the sweet smell of Paris and the sounds of life below. It was so peaceful. Breakfast was amazing in this place too! The lady who prepared was so lovely, remembering every day how we enjoy our cafe. We had a great speed of all the foods you could want and the pain du chocolate (oooh la la!) was the best thing I tasted in Paris! The staff here were really helpful and extra hospitable. A wonderful experience! Thank you!

The room was terribly small. The carpet is so old that it has an odor. Had to sleep with the window open each night. The tub does not have a shower curtain so the water leaked on the floor so bad that you have to use your bath towel to dry. The towels were so old, dinghy and thin. Would not stay there again

The room was super cool, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke fine English and were all very kind and professional. The location was excellent as well. I would readily recommend staying here for proximity and ease of visiting the Arc, Champs Elysees, and Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants are plentiful in the area as well.
