Dear Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions about your recent stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you did not come across any problem due to the protests that occurred on Saturday. We are lucky to be centrally located but far enough from the places where the movements were taking place. We are, however, very sorry, that your experience did not live up to your expectations. Allow us, to precise a few aspects you are pointing out. You initially booked a classic room which is the lowest category of our hotel. We upgraded you to one of our superior room which offers a larger floorplan space as well as a Kingsize bed instead of a queen size bed. You may find the details of these two different categories on our partner website. Regarding your remark on the temperature of your room, it is true that during the winter period, our AC system is programmed in heat mode. As a result, only warm air comes out if it is switched on. We always set up the temperature at 23 degrees before the arrival of our guests. However, the temperature can be, then, adjust at your convenience as each room is equipped with an individual remote control. When you mentioned to the front desk that you found the temperature of the room too high, I explained you how the AC works and since you were about to go out, I suggested you leave the windows slightly open while away in order for the temperature to cool down quicker. I do sincerely apologize if my explanations were not clear enough. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and show you our establishment from a better perspective. Best regards, Mélanie
