Dear Alex, Thank you for sharing your experience at La Villa Haussmann. We are pleased to read you had a great time with us and that our services were up to your expectations. It is true that the hotel is pretty well located, only a few minutes' walk from the Champs-Elysées, the Opera Garnier and the famous Galeries Lafayette and only 3 minutes walking to the nearest metro stations. Chère Madame, Cher Monsieur, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un agréable moment dans notre établissement et que nos services étaient à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes contents d'apprendre que vous avez pu bénéficier d'un réel moment de détente au sein de notre espace bien être, en plein cœur de la capitale. De plus, nous apprécions votre commentaire sur la décoration de l'hôtel, basée sur le second Empire avec une touche de modernité. Nos chambres proposent en effet tout le confort nécessaire pour que nos hôtes puissent se reposer à deux pas du Boulevard Haussmann. Nous sommes cependant au regret de lire votre retour concernant des taches apparentes sur le mur, sachez que nous allons faire un point avec notre service Housekeeping pour vérifier toutes les chambres de l'hôtel et nous vous remercions de cette information précieuse.
