Lovely property, great location, friendly staff. Bedroom was great size but bathroom was rather small. Nice toiletries. Bit dusty in part of the room and wasn’t cleaned properly one day so had to call to get this sorted.

Pros: Convenient for sight seeing
Location: See the tower and the arc plus cute cafes and places to eat
Comfy rooms clean bathrooms in a nice area close to the tower and the arc :) Really yummy chocolatier close too!

An experience we will never forget!

We reserved this hotel same day as we left an awful hotel in St Germain. We knew the second we walked in it was going to be amazing. The lobby itself is more like 7* than 4*. The room was ready quickly but as we waited they served us coffee in the bar area (which is also so beautiful!) the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, the beds are twin pushed together but this is not a big deal really. The new renovations are just luxury. Breakfast is included in the room bookings and it's continental but they do have cooked items too. Above all the customer service is just great. Paris is not known for it's most friendly so to be greeted constantly by friendly and helpful staff really makes the difference in the stay. Xavier was new but very helpful, he was so polite and speaks great English if your French is a bit rusty, we actually thought he was American. The hotel is In walking distance of champs élysées, the Eiffel Tower and of course centrally the louvre etc. The restaurants are pricey but to be honest they are the same all over paris. You don't need a metro card at all, you an walk to everywhere from here. They don't yet have room service or a restaurant but I think that is due to the renovations and I'm sure that will come and be amazing also. The staff showed us where the supermarket was so we could get snacks though. We felt this was a once in a lifetime experience as even though we travel regularly and never stay in less than 4* hotels, this was above and beyond anything we could have expected.

Not so special as expected

I was not so pleaced for my visit. Sauna was under renovation.. and even though there was spa it was not recommended. Prices were staggering. I payed 10 euros for a waterbottle at the bar.. Most of the staff was polite.
