The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to host our family and make us feel welcome. They accommodated an early check-in because of our early flight arrival which was gracious and unexpected. The breakfast was delicious and provided lots of options. This hotel is a fantastic but it is the staff that pushes this into a higher tier. The intentional details left in our room were personalized (welcome card, flowers and little cookies). I cannot wait to revisit. 10 out of 10. Special recognition to Elise’s and Yosef. Both were soo lovely and helpful.

Fantastic hotel - clean, great location and wonderful staff! We had a lovely room, with a small balcony - and we loved our stay here. We'd be delighted to stay here again on our next visit!

Wonderful Hotel in a great location
Really wonderful experience staying at the Maison Mere. The welcome and little touches were brilliant. Who wouldn’t want to be offered a glass of champagne on arrival?! We were celebrating a birthday and there were balloons in the room. The hotel and room were extremely clean, modern but with a homely touch. We even took photos to try and replicate some of the details in our own bedroom at home. We asked for restaurant recommendations and we sample one of them which was the best meal of the trip! The staff were really helpful and lovely. We will certainly return on our next trip to Paris.

Enjoyable experience at Maison Mere
Welcomed with complementary beverage on arrival, staff were friendly and polite. It was my birthday and they decorated the room which was lovely. The breakfast was delicious every day and offered a range of options - I recommend the hot chocolates, they were delicious. The room was small which is expected in France but the room was still very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Good location for transport around Paris

Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m a solo female traveler so I was really wanting a safe neighborhood and hotel to stay. This hotel went above and beyond in not only staff friendliness and helpfulness (I hurt my back and needed to call some chiropractors in the area and the front desk offered to help translate), but in their attention to detail (every day they would leave a little note and little gift on my bed). Absolutely would stay again. The neighborhood was about a 20 minute walk to the Louvre, was right next to the entrance to an underground train, and very very close to Montmatre. The boutique vibe of the hotel was perfect and a great way to feel like you were having a very parisian experience, while still in a safe and quiet (but boulangerie and restaurant filled) environment.

Overall nice location and place . But it’s very small room and can’t fit a big luggage. There was no hair dryer in the room and they managed to locate one for me after I feedback to them.

Excellent hotel
Nicely styled room, mine was very quiet. (No view really, as the window was toward the wall of the next building.) Safe could store a laptop. Coffee capsule machine included. Only downside is that I did not fully understand how to turn down the air conditioner, so the room was unnecessary chilly compared to what I needed. Hence my reduced number of sustainability stars. I would definitely stay again.
